They are just pure God Gifted people, they can manufacture modern industrial things, with thousand year old basic hand tools, and techniques. 99% of these skilled technicians never went to any formal schooling, just learning on the job. This kind of natural talent I only seen in Pakistan.
I used to work in a foundry and the process was similar. We used gas ovens to heat up the molds and the smell was terrible. When they put the scrap metal into the ladles (which could melt about 50 tons), you would see this huge flame and blue, gray, black, green, smoke cloud go up to the ceiling. The entire factory was covered in dust and soot so much so that all the lights were nearly blacked out. We had dozens of empty 55 gallon drums with gas lines going to them. They were located all over the plant and in the morning we would light the drums and fire would be shooting out so we could see what we were doing. It really was a surreal scene from Hell. You had all these 55 gallon drums with fire coming out, molten steel being poured and melted, and dust and smoke everywhere. One of the worst jobs in a foundry (and one they didn't show in the video) is the hours long grinding of the rough casting. When the metal is poured into the holes and into the mold it cools leaving these long solid pieces of steel sticking out all over. They must be cut off and ground down flush. It's a terrible job. Foundries have very high turn over rate.
