    Hi Tris another good vid, good info, & tips, I'll have to watch again to get my head around the wiring I'm a bit slow in that department.... and a lot of other things, but I'll get there in the end. I'm from Reading too... long time ago now. Take care.

    Very useful start as I’ve been putting off wiring up my layout for far too long. However, then I got lost when you started wiring up points seemingly to their own controller. You also said something about being able to switch between DC and DCC but I didn’t understand how you would make that work, sorry. Nevertheless, you’ve taken many of my fears away. Thank you and hope the show goes well.

      Hello Will, I am happy I have helped in some way. The DC to DCC is just from pluging in one or the other. Its nice and simple, When I do plug in DCC I will connect more of the tracks up for when I have locos in the sidings with sound on.

      Another cat which likes to recline on the tracks, ours does too. Fur on the line is not a BR excuse. Scale 1:1 !!!!!

    Hi. Loving your videos, this build specially.
    As a newbie learning the hobby could you explain to me the methodology of the track plan in dc?
    Are all of the branches powered individually or do some rely on the frog to change polarity?
    Am I right to assume in dc you can only have one loco on the track anywhere?
    Any explanation for my understanding would be great!
    TIA

    Many thanks for the informative video. I am using analogue and was wondering what is the best decoupling system please?

    Great Stuff Triss , What's your tightest radius mate

    • @OONeal
      @OONeal  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not sure I didnt measure it I know that its around 20cm or even tighter at the worst point but the 0-4-0 locos go round the tight curves very well.
