My wife and I have been looking at that same model at a local RV dealership. That thing is massive inside. And the bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe area are a perfect layout for anyone who is full timing. So much useable living space and storage.
Yes! Finally some smart doing. I don’t understand the strut based pass through doors when having a swing door is better for us 6 footers. Hell even the 5’6 people will like it
We ordered the sister, 372WB-R, to this coach back in October with 8k axels, H rated tires and disc brakes, third AC and heat pump, slide toppers 5500 Onan generator, and double pane windows. Suppose to actually be built this week. We started full timing two weeks ago in our bumper pull. Can’t wait to get this beauty behind our 3500 dually! Thanks for the review and all your past recommendations. We have listened and learned. We are 100% on your side to always lean toward the safe side.
Very good review of an awesome fifth wheel. I have only one suggestion, they should use rounded edges on the island counter top. I would be bumping into each corner probably 3 - 4 times a day.
We looked at this one but ended up ordering the 345GK-R due in February, allegedly. We are very excited to hit the road. Thanks for the video good info as always 👍
Again another great review. One item that I have seen several times, especially in GD, that is an awful feature is the USB port in the inside of the recliner (where the seat controls are located). It is too easy to snap the usb cable off by simply moving your leg, getting in or out of the seat, etc. And for the more robust folk, it would poke their legs. Just a horrible place to put a ISB port.
Sorry, this is unrelated, but could you please provide an update on how you like your GE washer with the UltraFresh Vent System? I would really like to know if this vent system has kept moisture out of the drum when not in use and from mold starting. Any bad smells? Also, how long have you had it now? Thank you in advance!
Nix on centering the stove ... it's nice to have the larger counter on the left. It also gives you a larger cabinet on top. Rounding the corners of the island countertop would have been nice. Yay, NO CARPET! I like the seat for coats and boots. Nix on the half bath. Would be better to have a laundry room with ample storage in that space. Nix the middle window in the bedroom above the dresser and make the dresser taller with more drawers. Nix the shower door ... I would prefer to use a shower curtain that could be washed. GET THE WASHER/DRYER OUT OF THE CLOSET!!! Put those in the half-bath area as stated previously. Don't need dual basins in the master bath. Would prefer one sink in the center with 2 sets of drawers on either side. This would be a better use of the space. and last but certainly not least ... the toilet in the master bath is AWKWARD! That's it. May be picky to some ... but they really should have women designing these RVs.
Felt a little “rushed” on this video. Time constraints? Couldn’t find much to complain about re: this design. I love all the windows! Storage and color scheme was great! 😎✌️🤙🤘😎
I like the stove placement.. don’t want it to close to the tv.. I’ll jus get some aluminum back splash for the wall.. carpet less love it.. I don’t like front bathroom floor plans
Real question, why with RV's are the sale prices always so much lower, I've seen 100,000 5th wheels selling for 60,000, but even cheaper RV's there's almost always a 10+ percent drop from MSRP.
Seems odd that a "Luxury Coach" at this price point doesnt have soft-close doors/drawers in the kitchen? Jayco & Montana both have that on their higher end models which are significantly cheaper than this unit. Otherwise its a great looking coach.
Why do they put the toilet in front of the shower entrance like that? I'd rather have a single basin sink with a toilet next to it than a toilet plunked down in front of the shower and right by the door.
@@SpykersB plenty of neutral tones out there that aren't brown on brown. RV Manufacturers should be studying Scandinavian minimalism instead of 1970s wood panel basements. Northwood Manufacturing is the most guilty of this, they have many models that look sleek and modern on the outside but the interiors are indistinguishable from 15 years ago.
Is this one in rockport I think I saw it last week when I was in town I use my fifthwheel for long-term work this would be a nice up grade . It's first I've seen I liked compared to a vanleigh beacon or a alliance
I have been noticing in alot of your videos that the axles can not handel the loaded weight of the camper could you explain why RV company's are doing that in a later video
Because the tow vehicle carries part of the weight. A 15k RV will put 2100+ lbs on the tow vehicle making the actual weight on RV axles well weighing specs.
I have never understood why manufacturers don’t offer a tub shower combo. All shower units are molded fiberglass and it shouldn’t be a problem to configure a combo tub shower combo. Full timers would really appreciate it
🇨🇭🇨🇭Hello, can you please activate the German subtitles, we've been watching your videos for a long time, but there are always some moments where I unfortunately don't understand everything. Sometimes you talk too fast.
You could try a "playback" speed of .75--there will be a little bit of audio distortion, but it's very understandable, as the narration/pronunciation is clear.
How does a residential refrigerator cool while you are traveling? Does it run off the truck? Seems like a huge pull on truck alternator. Why would you want that over a unit that runs on propane? Educate us.
RVs that have residential refrigerators have an inverter for the refrigerator. When you are traveling you can turn the inverter on allowing you to run the refrigerator off of the batteries.
Very roomy the only thing i would prefer is take out one of the sitting seats in bedroom and made the dresser longer or chester drawers but other than that its wonderful
Good lord. Islands are getting bigger and bigger. Can't stand islands! They make rear living areas feel cramped especially when the sofa bed is out! Also, angle the toilets in front bathroom models!
Pretty, but odd place for the master toilet. I don’t like the master bath being on the other side of the bed. Guests have to go through the master and/or wait til the hosts leave the bedroom to shower.
The idea behind these front bathroom units is that it's usually just a couple's vehicle with limited amenities for guests or children. Even then it's common to have a half bath off of the kitchen area so people don't need to go through the bedroom.
Gorgeous and the stove is positioned perfectly with a bigger space on the side that's right next to the TV. I LOVE IT.
Absolutely love this Solitude, these are my second favorite 5th wheel series. The Paradigm by Alliance is still my favorite 5th wheel series.
My wife and I have been looking at that same model at a local RV dealership. That thing is massive inside. And the bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe area are a perfect layout for anyone who is full timing. So much useable living space and storage.
This is absolutely beautiful. One of my favorites and even for me, just a single person, going full time would be a breeze. I love it.

stove placement is great-- I'd rather have one side of counterspace that is larger than have 2 smaller counterspaces on either side.
Totally agree
Also gives you the large cabinet under the counter instead of 2 smaller 1s.
Yeah, I agree, too.
I totally agree!!!!
Love the half bath not far from the entrance if you’re outside enjoying a beverage that will come in handy.
Love this! We have a 2021 Momentum 397th, but love the shoe storage and some other features on tris model.
I really enjoy watching your videos. I've learned a lot watching the videos. I am a full timer. Thank you for what you do.
Love all the light and windows. The color tones are also nice. What a huge trailer!
Very good review of an awesome fifth wheel. I have only one suggestion, they should use rounded edges on the island counter top. I would be bumping into each corner probably 3 - 4 times a day.
According to the GD website, it looks like the dishwasher prep is in the island, which makes sense since that is where the water is already plumbed.
Yeah 🤣, I thought that was pretty funny, “ahhh where’s the plumbing dude?”. 🍻
Great review as usual.
Very-very similar to our Alliance Paradigm 370FB. We’re very happy with our choice.
Love the fact that they use Coleman A/C’s. Domestics are terrible units. Nice unit! Great couples coach!
Really nice unit. Not a bad price if you take about 30% off. Maybe somewhere in the 70 - 75 K range?
Probly more like 80 82
Asking a woman.....we like the way the stove sits..... The extra space to one side is what we would consider very functional.
I don’t care for the stove to be centered. You end up with 2 small countertop spaces.

I don’t like stove burners that close to a wall
My thought exactly!

love this cabin.
nice share
liked it
This is absolutely beautiful.
I agree with stove I would worry with it being so close to the side
Nice review, I did notice you did not make a recommendation on what truck should tow it because of all the flack from those tow police you would get.
Because he’s right, it should be a dually. Common sense prevails many. Cheers 🍻
That’s what’s missing from those 5th wheels a dishwasher and that would be my perfect bachelor pad...
The frames on rv's are built very strong,it's everything built on top of the frame you should worry about!

Love Grand Design! High quality throughout!
This RV looks amazing!
YES!! NO CARPET!!! Great for pups, my doggies love it. Are cabinet all hardwood or just hardwood doors??
I love this! Now I need a rich old man to buy it for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🎅🤶🎅🤶🎅
What are you prepared to do for him? 😉

A fifth wheel that dually trucks were made for!

Cool RV review JD
Could you do a review on some front living, 4 season fifth wheels. I do understand why the stove is off set. It would be to close to the televator

We love our GD 353G. Well built. Lots of storage.
My F150 could tow that no problem
JK guys 1 ton dually would be amazing
Yeah, I'd pull it with the Fiat, no worries.
I would use a Honda Ridgeline to tow this

Gorgeous rv
Great unit with lots of room. Now how about doing some videos on the smaller units, say 30 feet an under.
can u put a compact dishwasher in that spot next to the stove??
The only thing it lacks is a dedicated desk area.
I like the layout, but I don't want to deal with the length. Would also like to have a rear bumper. Notice the heater vents are not in the floor.
No, they were . I saw it in front of 1 of the couches in the living room
No, you are mistaken. Not a heater vent. Heater vent is at the bottom of the island on the baseboard.
Have you heard of Curts moblie towing scale? And if you have what is your opinion on it?
How many square feet is in this RV. Just wondering if it had more than a Park Model of 399sq ft
Nice Review, Thanks
Great walk through

Could you opt for a propane fireplace
Yeah really would enjoy this one whereas me and my wife are full timers. Plenty of room
Hate the color tones on the inside, too much brown on brown on brown cabinets, flooring and trim that's still too common in the RV industry.
Earth tones, neutral decor.
I agree with your opinion re the cabinet colors but guess it's just personal preference. It's still a beautiful RV!

Modern dually
Let's ruff it this weekend
If you could build or design your dream fifth wheel toy hauler and toy vehicle, what would they look like?

4:24 interior. You’re welcome
Is that a queen or king bed?
Dishwasher goes next to the sink, not the stove.
