The most amazing thing about this RV is that nobody thought of it before. I’d like to say it’s genius and maybe it is but it’s also obvious. I have to give credit where credit is due. Outstanding job Palomino. I love it. I hope you expand on this line by keeping the flat floor and making more floor plans and sizes for it. Again, outstanding.
I've always looked at the 5th wheels and wondered why they thought it was necessary to have what looked like 11ft ceilings in the kitchen area, with stairs going to the front master. With the flat floor plan it makes the RV look more residential. I say make the door the same height as the floor, and have some kind of super sturdy staircase come out from beneath. I don't like the fact of how much area around the door is wasted with the railing. And if you retract the staircase while you're in it....you're in your own elevated castle. LOL
I didn’t see drawers for clothing. Some things are not folded. The fireplace in the bedroom is beautiful but there needs to be cabinets and then have a built in heater in the bedroom.
Anything is possible, but I don’t think they’re too at risk. There is a substantial lip on the shelves, that alone will do a great job of keeping stuff shelved. Tension rods are an incredible tool for keeping shelved items where they belong! Also, as Arrowhead mentioned, if smaller items are kept in bins/boxes/baskets, they should stay well secured under common towing scenarios. Usually one would know in advance if the route to the destination will have challenging terrain enough to disturb shelved pantry items. If this is the case, measures can be taken to more effectively secure the pantry load. From what I’ve set up before, and what I’ve seen others do- typically the pantry is loaded/set up in a way to both fill AND maximize the space. This may sound weird, but it’s essentially just making or buying custom organizing towers/bins/slots/compartments/etc and filling those compartments in a way that leaves little to no “wiggle” room for stuff to fall off. Netting is always an option as you mentioned, but I personally find it cumbersome and unnecessary with a pantry set up like this. My cheapest/fastest tip for those looking to avoid a potential fall-out situation, is to fill any open/free space in the pantry with packages of toilet paper/paper towels/napkins or stacks of beach or bath towels- something soft and somewhat pliable that can be used to fill unused space where it’s easier for stuff to slide around or tip over on the shelves themselves. If there are large openings to fill, pillows/sleeping bags/blankets are also good filler items, and can be compressed vertically into the space between shelves to create something like a bump-stop. Good luck and happy RV-ing! 😄
Purchased our trailer in November 2021, the basement has heater vents to maintain temperature. We plan on adding additional insulation and fill in some of the nooks. We do have pros and cons as with most RVer's do after spending full time or part time in their rig. I personally love it, and plan on changing the things i believe the design team overlooked.
This is a really nice coach! The attention to detail of so many things in this coach are absolutely perfect! The night stand next to the bed to the shelves above. The dual ceiling fans. No AC on the roof. The lights at the bed that have a back light is a stupid example but still... the little things that make a difference from the "other guys". The space in a mid bath like this is are usually so... what's the word?..... Toy hauler sized! There it is! This one is perfect! Not too crazy large but it's got the space for two to brush/ shower/ sit and read when the other dares to enter, it's perfectly sized. Then in the kitchen and next to the stove... You have COUNTER SPACE! The table and it's "rough look" on the corners. That is just another attention to detail the engineers came up with. Very cool! The real pantry... Come on man! The theater seats are not looking at the island! That is something that just kills a deal! It's a different room than the kitchen and they made sure of it. Now you've gone to the basement area of this thing! I'm speechless!!! (most hope it happens sooner than this....) What can't you fit in there? Good Safety feature at the Entrance. There's a lot I like seeing already, and it's only at the 6:33 seconds mark. I currently live in a 5th wheel, but it's only a 2005. Nice to have one at all though. I'll be Upgrading soon though, just exploring Options. I liked, also, the Modern look of the Windows on the outside. They look much better to me. Good job, thanks.

It would be really cool if they had a trap door upstairs that allowed crawl through access to the front and rear basement storage. Maybe under the bed up front and in the pantry or under the couch in the back. I saw that on an old American Eagle coach walk through. The floor lifted up at the stairs and you could climb into the basement.
This is a pretty awesome fifth wheel! With the curved stairs, it looks like it could be difficult to load and unload. It might be difficult getting totes and laundry baskets up the stairs. I'm also concerned about a high center of gravity. It looks pretty top heavy.

I guess I can't say for sure since I haven't tried to make it fail in that manner, but I feel like the NHTSA and RVIA have enough building restrictions regarding road-worthiness that an issue such as that is not going to arise. Thanks for watching and commenting!
It has the I-beams on the bottom still, and with tanks, AC (normally on roof), Propane, and batteries down below I think it should be OK. this only raises the main floor about 16-20 inches. (guessing based on how many stairs are normally going up to the overhang area)

Nice, I’ve wished for this type of design/layout. Wondering if this is, or could be, an all seasons unit. The basement doors are raised off the floor enough to allow for an insulated basement floor, which would keep the plumbing within the temperature controlled area preventing frozen pipes!

@@arrowheadcampersales I do concur. Many watching have never seen or used an RV. Not to mention all of the new features we see each season. A commentary is required. Great job btw.
Beautiful design. From the step-in to the the placement of the air conditioner. That’s one thing I never understood, was the placement of the air conditioners. We haul into Canada from Indiana, we always get the specs before heading out with one. Some Ontario bridges have low points. We spoke long ago to a manufacturer & told them we detested carpet. & they should remove it. Flimsy main door , and boot latches.. (my dad calls them the boots). The other was the plug ins can’t have enough.. The only negative I can see with this unit is the garage, cargo, boots space should be waterproof membrane. It won’t be that much top heavy because the cargo bay can accommodate items of substantial weight & size. Should be hauled by a dual rear axel 3500 or greater. Just by the shape of the bottom skirting with the 45’ degree angle, This is a luxury build. Quality. Can always tell when hauling these down the road the durability.
A rear living room with a door going out the back to a fold down hot tub with fold out walkways and the cover becomes a little patio and ofcourse a walk on roof with fold down stairs to the rear and lift up railings with a fire pit
Did you notice that the handel on the freezer part of the refrigerator is loose. When looking at your new RV check all the plugs and the cabinets, make sure everything is tight.
The storage is as good as or better than a class A. Seems you sacrifice the interior feel for it. I have a fifth wheel, and the living room ceiling height makes it feel bigger than it is. This unit would feel more like being in a travel trailer than a 5th wheel when you're in it.
It definitely doesn't feel like a standard travel trailer; it feels more like a high-end, deluxe travel trailer like a Rockwood Signature of Jayco Eagle. Thanks for watching!
A friend copied his brother... who added a door into the back side of his pantry in his house. He added a door into the pantry closet (next to the fridge) of his 5th wheel. He stands in the pickup bed, opens the door, and unloads the Costco/supermarket boxes/bags restocking the pantry from the back side. This trick also encourages using the oldest items first as they are pushed inward. Why haven't the manufacturers done added a back door to the pantry? He's suggested it to Newmar, Tiffin, Airstream, Outback, Fleetwood and others at the RV shows...
Love the single floor design and all the storage. Two issues, first all the steps getting into the unit, do they have an option for physically challenged people. Second is access around the bed Will keep watching to see how this model progresses
Is there enough room to remove one bathroom sink for a stackable w/d? And a reg sink? Larger propane tank and black tank would be nice. Otherwise pretty doable.👍
@@arrowheadcampersales Yes, just wondering if it could move to bathroom area. Rather have shelves in bedroom. My last 5th wheel had them in a hall closet. Thanks.
I like the idea. Things I hesitate about...if the bathroom is part of the slide, can you use it if you pull over while traveling without needing to put out the slide? Also, why don't all manufacturers put the heat vents on the vertical surfaces instead of the floor? I would love to see this one-floor concept done with double pane windows too to get closer to full-timing in it. Maybe they will make a full-timer version one day.
I tend to shy away from the larger units, because I prefer ½ ton pickup trucks to the ¾ or 1 ton pickup trucks. Nevertheless, this unit is so nice, that I'd be willing to get a larger pickup truck to tow it with. All that storage space + the single level floor! That's sweet!

Okay I noticed one thing in that travel trailer the pantry needs some kind of holders in it you put your food in there and you're traveling down the road your food's going to slide right off of them shelves you need to put some kind of stopper in there so they don't come so they don't fall off
What's a black tank? How does the poop water get emptied and how much water is carried around in that whole 5th wheel in order to take a shower? When shower is finished, does the water need to be dumped immediately?
The black tank holds the toilet water and is emptied through a termination point on the outside of the unit. You have an onboard tank to carry fresh water to take a shower. Water does not have to be dumped immediately. Thanks for watching!
A very spacious and beautiful home! I did like the stairs w/rails, 2 fireplaces, 50" tv in bedroom & nice closets in bedroom. The bathroom was adorable with the 2 above the counter sinks & large shower. Love the kitchen & the kit sink & cozy livingroom. So much storage underneath the home! Were there any electric awnings? I didn't see any outdoor kitchen or tv, that is ok with me, although I would like the awnings. Thank you for sharing 🌳👫🏡🚙🌷🌼🌞😁
My husband and I love this trailer we want one of these!! Love the kitchen and island the pantry the bedroom the bathroom and all the underneath storage!!❤️❤️🚍 Just in the bedroom I would if possible replace the fireplace with drawers and then just the headboard replace it with like a padded headboard or with cupboards if available. I l LOVE this trailer!!❤️❤️
I don't know.... I think for me, I would buy a 5th wheel for the high ceilings and feeling of space inside. I get all the storage and its really awesome to have it all but... I dont think I would want to not have the high ceilings inside.
I am just figuring out what rv we sre going to buy...may sound silly but I didn't know of you'll but you are now rating pretty high on my radar! Too many things I love to list all of them...light color theme, door lock off so my dogs don't scratch screen when it's open, sink, king bed, dual sink, central air.... I will be very seriously considering your rv's...keep it up!
This is a beautiful unit I don’t think you ever said how long it was I guess I could look it up and find out the length. The thing that I have an issue with is I love the gold hardware on the cabinets but why wouldn’t they match that with the accessories and the faucets and shower fixtures etc...
I saw the announcement of this design a couple months ago. Two things. I wonder if there will be other floorplans for this single level unit. I like the front kitchen units myself and prefer a little more demarcation between kitchen and living room. Also, is this three or four season? Polar package available? Second, in the first review I saw of this, it was mentioned that the roof height, sans air conditioners, was 13.6, the max height you want to see in any kind of box trailer. This may be a problem for anyone looking to mount solar panels on the roof.
It has other things on the roof, such as a Max Air Vent in the kitchen & Bath. Those stick up a good 12-14 inches from the roof. It also has cellular/wifi/tv antennas. I think you should be OK with solar on top
@@WeekendBartender hey how how is the a/c in the new RV? Does it cool down fast, as far as the bedroom is concerned, does it cool in there since the a/c vent is by the bathroom?
Another critique. Why didn't the pantry shelves have ledges around the edge of the shelves? I can imagine every time you travel everything on the shelves end up on the floor.

Thats beautiful, love the white cabinets.
Thanks for watching!
Do like the storage, the design is beautiful.
Thank you!
The sink is awsome!
I agree!
Nice... Beautiful bedroom
Thanks for watching!
I want that sink in my residence!
I think it looks great too! Thanks for watching.
This would be great for people who are wheelchair bound vs. having only toy Haulers, or motorhomes as their only options. We’re looking at putting some travel trailers or 5th wheels on some property however we do have friends who are disabled so that is a real concern for us. I love this option.
Great idea. Thanks for watching!
1st time ever seeing dual fuel oven, plus no roof ACs God very impressed w/this design.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching!
Love this unit!!
Thanks for watching!
Boss trailer , one thing i wished it had is water cut off panel so if you had leaks are water problem you could cut that portion off and keep going
Good idea! Thanks for watching!
Absolutely brilliant
Thanks for watching!
Very nice RV. I like the AC setup. The unit has good craftsmanship. Didn't see the roof though. Also the MSRP would be good.
Thanks for watching! The MSRP is $105,900. That and even more info is on our website if you lick the link in the description.
that sink is best I hve ever seen grand slam idea, comment 413.
Thanks for watching!
Amazing unit, very unique, creative, and practical! I'm sold on this one!!!
This may be the nicest one I have ever seen.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice. Would love it with a separate bunk bedroom
Thanks for watching!
I agree.
I didn’t see a linen closet? Also a lot of couples both use a cpap or oxygen at night, it would be helpful to have a cabinet on each side of the bed.
I watched with the sound off. Good RV. Love the storage.
I did too they talk to much just show the dang rv
Thanks for watching!
@@bigboyah12 Most people want things explained. If I didn't talk at all people would complain about that too. I can't please everyone but I try my best. Thanks for watching.
Come to think about it your right there are times there are things that I know very little about I go to TH-cam for an explanation no sarcasm at all i humbly apologize
Thank you for watching and for the polite feedback.
A rear kitchen and outdoor grill and cooktop would be nice.
That would be cool! Thanks for watching!
A rear living room with a door going out the back to a fold down hot tub with fold out walkways and the cover becomes a little patio and ofcourse a walk on roof with fold down stairs to the rear and lift up railings with a fire pit
That would be incredible!
It is similar to a Bus platform with the entry steps up to the Unit
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful! Wish it had full body paint.
That's an option!
Love this fifth wheel!
Thanks for watching!
It’s nicer than many homes 🙈👏🏻
Thanks for watching!
Did you notice that the handel on the freezer part of the refrigerator is loose.
When looking at your new RV check all the plugs and the cabinets, make sure everything is tight.
Actually, that is how they work. You lift it up to unlock it.
Beautiful trailer!! ❤️ is there a generator?
Not on this one, but the one we currently have in stock has generator prep.
A beautiful and well designed living space , the short fall of this unit is the holding tank keels suck and the propane tank 20 gal that sucks !
It has three 20s. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful camper
Thanks for watching!
Next gen. Really cool. You will have a workout getting your groceries inside though. 😂
Hahaha that will be my new sales pitch!!!
I was thinking the same thing! LOL I throw mine through the door of our toy hauler now, and that’s just up the standard three stairs!
@@mikemorris5730 that is a brilliant idea. That would make life so much easier.
Love the single floor design and all the storage. Two issues, first all the steps getting into the unit, do they have an option for physically challenged people. Second is access around the bed Will keep watching to see how this model progresses
Thanks for watching!
Is there enough room to remove one bathroom sink for a stackable w/d? And a reg sink? Larger propane tank and black tank would be nice. Otherwise pretty doable.👍
It is prepped for a stack W/D in the master bedroom closet!
Great design and layout.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
Is there storage in there for your wife to store a big rock from every place you go on your travels?
Lmao just saw that movie
@@Sammie68 Lucy....you got some splaining to do. haha Thanks Sondra, not everyone gets my humor.
I told my sister the other day about my drive through experience at ' ARBYS "
Arbys speakerbox: Wecome to Arbys what would you like today?
Me: Oh I'm not here to eat today....I'm here to rob the place. I'll be the guy pulling up wearing a mask.
My sister says i am going to get in trouble some day. Hey, the Arbys girl laughed.
Haha thanks for watching!
"Lucy, you've got some 'splainin' to do!"
Thank you for watching! It does have two electric awnings on the outside.
@@arrowheadcampersales thank you
My husband and I love this trailer we want one of these!! Love the kitchen and island the pantry the bedroom the bathroom and all the underneath storage!!❤️❤️🚍
Just in the bedroom I would if possible replace the fireplace with drawers and then just the headboard replace it with like a padded headboard or with cupboards if available. I l LOVE this trailer!!❤️❤️
Thanks so much!
I don't know.... I think for me, I would buy a 5th wheel for the high ceilings and feeling of space inside. I get all the storage and its really awesome to have it all but... I dont think I would want to not have the high ceilings inside.
I can see that! That's why Columbus builds lots of "regular" fifth wheels as well! Thanks for watching.
I like the flat floor idea!!! Bathroom is awesome! Not too fond of the living bundled with the kitchen like that though. I like a separated kitchen.
Thanks for watching and for the feedback!
Love this unit. I'd like to see it a little longer with a bunkhouse. We have 7 dogs and need a room for them.
Really? Maybe you need a Dog kennel..
Doug, really. Keep your snarks to yourself. Manufacturers read the comments looking for design improvements.
Thanks for watching!
That slotted tray in the sink is for washing vegetables like lettuce, radish, tomatoes etc...
Oh thanks!
Thanks for watching!
And 1 more thing is I will buy this for me and my pets
Thanks for watching!
Wish it was a toyhauler
Maybe someday!
This is a beautiful unit I don’t think you ever said how long it was I guess I could look it up and find out the length. The thing that I have an issue with is I love the gold hardware on the cabinets but why wouldn’t they match that with the accessories and the faucets and shower fixtures etc...
42' long. That and even more info can be found on our website if you click the link in the description. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
It has other things on the roof, such as a Max Air Vent in the kitchen & Bath. Those stick up a good 12-14 inches from the roof. It also has cellular/wifi/tv antennas. I think you should be OK with solar on top
A window with blinds directly behind a stove would be a nightmare to keep clean!
Thanks for watching!
I have one now, it's not hard to keep clean at all. Beautiful unit.
No out door kitchen? Love the out door kitchen
Brass handles, very 80'd
