Hello friends! So I was recently told by a TH-camr with over a million subs that for some reason in July Subscribers haven't been getting notifications when new videos pop up. Can you please turn on notifications and let me know if this is a problem with my channel as well?
TH-cam had been shedding notifications. They have increased to the point where device notifications, paging, emailing, back up in queues and overflow the buffer, resulting in some being dropped.
I’ve been getting updated on new videos, keep up the good work really enjoy them. PS the magnetic solar panel you used to use. Can you use that on two separate batteries in two separate compartments?
A suggestion but once you enter the camper close the door when there is a busy highway in the background. That way one can hear how quite or not it is from the road noise. It can help the viewers see how well the surrounding noises will be filtered out.
@@mb5ggX2SyFMM we spend winters in Arizona. Insulated well, for an RV, but if it’s too hot outside, it’s hard for the AC to keep up. In cold areas, the tank heaters do a good job against freezing.
Hi, I don’t own a 5th wheel YET, but I’ve watched a lot of TH-cam videos of them with Myles and I’m sold on Keystone. Mainly Montana 5th wheels. Now that I’ve seen this Montana Legacy I just love it.
The side pieces on the windows keep more privacy when shades are down. Otherwise people would be able to peep inside through the corners of the windows. Also gives you more blackout when needed. I have a Montana 3931FB and absolutely love it. Live in it full time.
Finally one that doesn't crowd the stove. Putting the washer dryer next to the door is smart to, messes don't go through half the unit to get to it. Lots of storage. Bathroom is amazing. This one feels more homey and much better thought out. The designer should be very proud of themselves!
Even if the rest of the unit weren't beautiful, the W/D location would sell it on it's own !! Also agree with other comments asking for at least still photos of the interior of the units with all of the slides in the closed position.
We upgraded from the high country to this same model. We added the super solar package and added the washer/dryer. We have the cottage white kitchen which I love! The kitchen is huge, lots of room for coffee maker and all your stuff, and lots of counter space for food prep. Love the double slides in the BR, so much room! The only thing I don't like are the dining chairs which have little support and are not the right height for the table, feels like you're sitting at the children's table! BTW, we live in this full time. But we did have to also order a new truck to tow it!
We own a 37’ Montana with 3 slides. You can easily access almost all of the trailer with the slides closed. The storage at the foot of the bed is about all that you can’t.
Great comment, the more photos the less questions. I bought my Montana with slides in. They couldn't open them because other Fifth wheels were parked close. You can move around but its it's preferable to have slides open.
I absolutely LOVE this !! We are still about two years from getting our next rig, but I can’t help looking now and IF things changed and I could get a new one NOW, this would for sure be my pick!!
Just wanted you wish you the best in your upcoming wedding. Thank you for showing us the video of the 2brms/2full bathrms Avalance; that is our next RV. You are awesome. My family and I love watching your videos. Thank you! The Rico Family of 5
Went from a high country to a 3120rl with the legacy package. The extra bells and whistles seem to worth the price. One of the selling points for me with the legacy package was disc brakes. Very nice and you can definitely tell the difference.
If u want a caravan and u got enough money for this one then damn get it! It’s just like a house and u can drive wherever u want! Awesome! Big fan of that!!! 👍🏻🤩🥳
Gorgeous unit!! Warranty for full time living also! When I buy my fifth wheel it will be a Montana . That is about as good as it gets. Very nice 5th Wheel. 👍
Having this model for a year now and we are still extremely happy with our choice. Ours is also a Legacy with the full body paint and there's isn't much I would change. I have replaced the bathroom faucets to have a little higher and longer reach. I also had to fix the black tank flush by replacing the anti siphon valve and added a second washer in the wet bay. Make sure you get the dual pane windows, it's blocks out the noise quite well on top of helping in extreme climate, the 2 AC's have no problem cooling it. The rear AC is also a heat pump which is nice to save on the liquid propane. I like the outside TV location but seen some on the forums use it for storage by building shelves and installing a peg board. In April this year I have added Easy starts on both AC's, 6 LiFePo4 170 AH batteries and the Magnum MSH3012RV-L inverter/charger to power every outlets, I can run the residential fridge and both AC's. My next step is to add 1000 to 2000 watts of solar panels to the single panel that mine came with.
Jellin' over here. This one here seems to be the dull timer's #1 choice with everything being in the right place and providing the right amount of space in just the right spots!
Love the washer/dryer location, out of the bed & bathroom! I'll find somewhere else to hang my jacket. Love the cabinets above as well. Lots of cabinets in the bathroom! Bid island, but looks a a little tight between it and the stove. Would have like to see the propane capacity and front storage. Gonna see if a deal near me has anything I can actually tour (doubtful).
May I ask you how you got yours? I'm looking to move out of my parents and I have 2 options. Getn a 5K$ fifth wheel rv that needs work done on it or find a way to finance one.
This is really gorgeous. I love that the bed is on the camp side so you’re not sleeping on top of your neighbors site. Very nice! Now let’s hear from everyone who says their 1/2 ton will pull it. 🤣😂🤣😂
We have a 2020 Montana 3855br. We bought it Sept 2019 and have about 25,000 miles on it already. We absolutely love it. The only real problem we have had were the brakes. The unit wasn’t stopping very well. I took the hubs off and found that the brakes were saturated with grease. One of the brakes actually fell out on the ground when I pull the hub. Put all new seals and brakes and backing plate. If I do it again I will probably put disc Brakes on it. Other then that love it. Love your channel.
That grab handle was very considerate one for smaller people and one for tall people. Plus with it connected at 4 points on the wall comes more holding strength.
Really like this floor plan. One of the more open RVs I’ve seen on your channel. And I like the fact that they’ve literally used every possible space for extra storage.
Very Nice, we have a 2019 Montana 20th Anniversary Legacy 3931fb, we love it. So many upgrades to the legacy models in just a few years, we love the Montana’s! Great video love that camper!
I've looked at the Montana's and I do like them but we found one made by Dutchman called a Yukon 410rd that is amazing. Lots of storage electric leveling system it does utilize the cable system for all 4 slide-out but that's what I've been using for the past few years and have had no issues. Thanks for the videos I enjoy your input and thoughts.
Wheelchairs are going to take a very special setup. Maybe a toy hauler ramp entry would be about all I can think of as a solution immediately other than very expensive lift addition/modification.
I do like how the bed slide is on the camp side... One thing I hated about my 5th wheel was sleeping out over someone else's campsite where you could hear them talking or basically walking underneath you.
We don't own a Montana but a Sprinter 2019 5th wheel...the kitchen on this RV is wonderful! When showing these beautiful rigs would be possible to show the inside of the oven on the stove. Had I known on our model that the only size pan to utilize is a flat cookie sheet I would have searched other options. I really like all the cabinet spaces and the counters in this model. I have one cabinet and 6 tiny drawers (3 on the sink side and 3 on the stove side) and definitely challenged with depth to the drawer...1 cup measuring tool barely slides under the opening when drawer is closed. Thanks for showing this RV. Gale Flowers
Love the steps on the opposite side of this unit along with that amazing big window at the top of the steps. It reminds me of a DRV product plus the price point is pretty damn impressive imo.
I miss our camper. It was the only one I've ever been in where the living room was up where most have their beds. It made it feel more like a home than a camper
I love the Keystone Montana lineup especially the Legacy but who doesn’t, honestly! The full body paint just sets it apart from other mid to high end luxury models like Cardinal and Cedar Creek that are in the same class as the Montana’. Just love it!

That said, what I don't get is that when you're paying as much as you are for these units, some of the details that I've seen in some of these videos that are not attended to are egregious. What brought this to mind again was seeing the wires visible between the partitions in the forward storage area. Regarding other videos of yours that I've seen, and coming from a marine background and having rebuilt a sailboat, I would never have thought to have wiring run that looked like a rat's nest, as I have seen in some of your other vids. Not labeled and just hanging or laying inside areas looks like child's work. Anyway, so goes the nature of the beast. Please keep up the great content! I’ve been getting notifications for your channel every day although a few of my other channels stopped for some reason. I had to turn on notifications again for channels I used to get notifications from. Yours are easy. I look for them. This Montana is beautiful. Too heavy for my SRW F350 but wow is this nicely done.
I really like this floorplan with the upper deck hallway on the other side than usual. This walk-around was a nice hybrid with the numbers first but I still like the outside first. Like when a person first walls up to a unit and sizes it up before going inside.
i love the updated modern look. ours is quite a bit older (cant remember the year) so it had that sorta old person home look with the marble wallpaper and dark colors. i certainly didnt like it so we ended up having to paint the walls.

Thanks for everything you do to help us understand the loading capacity of trucks & rigs.
I travel for work and I live in a Wildwood and that Montana is my dream RV. Would make cooking so much easier and that huge bed. Really wish I could afford one.
So did we decide going through the inside first and then the outside was the way to go? I gotta say, I preferred it the other way around, it just made more sense to me. I’ll watch either way, I was just curious.
Wildfires..floods..droughts..hurricanes..poverty..famine.. And people get concerned about if you do the inside or outside your first..pooooooor whiney babies..needing to think about the things in life that really matter!! I think I will order a trailer load of crying towels to pass out..free of charge!! :)
@@BTBRVReviews I do not think you need to take poll on how to review an RV with us. Do it how is most comfortable and logical for you. You did not open the front storage, is there a generator?
That is Marine Grade Vinyl Flooring in the slide, it's been around since the 80's and widely used. I'm very happy to see RV Manufacturers finally taking advantage of it. I really wish this unit had a half bath in it because other than that it's awesome. I also wonder what's in the front compartments right behind the pin box. Does it have a generator or is it gen prepped? I assume that the smaller compartment is for LP, I wonder if it's two bottles on a slide out tray and there size? Overall good look at a very nice rig, thanks JD...
Absolutely beautiful unit and very well laid out. As for the presentation, I have noticed that you are, overall, a negative kind of guy. But that's OK. This world needs all kinds of people.
all around very nice rig, i usually like front living room, but this is very nice, the only minus and im being petty and going to use anothers catch phrase, not a prime pooping position, to toilet seemed pretty close to the shower door
Montana used to put in the most insulation of any of the brands, which would be so much warmer than the others. They also used to build in a hidden safe under the bed.
Very nice. Would be nice to see how the waste water and black water (toilet) are emptied and re filed, how the slides are operated and how many berths (beds) are in it. That is only my query. Apart from that, it is a very nice trailer.
Absolutely love this one!! Almost perfect for us, except for the same complaint I have with most RVs...no nightstands! They build these beautiful RVs, some with gigantic slides, but won't add just a little extra space for a king bed with 2 reasonable nightstands and a little storage under. You can't put a C-Pap, book, reading glasses, cell phone and a bottle of water on those little slivers they consider nightstands. Sorry about the rant, but we've been looking for a while for a semi-full-timing RV, and that has become a point of frustration for me. I know other folks have the same issue, because we've met them on the sales lots.
All those features and beautiful trimwork etc. and they went with the cheapo metal blinds (4:09) and still use the tarplike lamination on the bottom of the slides that consistently fails??

Love it ! I went with a 2020 High country the 10 thousand dollars savings was worth it to me. About 70 percent of my camper is the same as a montana.
Love the lighter colors in the 5th wheel. Most RVs are done in dark colors on walls AND cabinets.
We love it. They do make some BEAUTIFUL RIGS. Really love the full body paint and design. 🍻🍻
Thank you for sharing.
Safe Travels.
This is a beautiful 5th wheel I would buy that all day long so nice
Super nice! Id love a toy hauler version.
We have a montana Legacy 3763 BP on order and cant wait for it to be finished
It has the same backsplash as our Coleman Lantern 263BH... And that's where the similarities end! 🤣😂
So did we decide going through the inside first and then the outside was the way to go? I gotta say, I preferred it the other way around, it just made more sense to me. I’ll watch either way, I was just curious.
Ditto.
I'll be switching it up a little. I am trying it for a while and then I'll likely run a poll. Thanks for the feedback though.
@@BTBRVReviews You’re the boss but it’s like I’m trying to write with my non dominant hand lol. Either way I love the content JD!
Beautiful by Keystone, love our Keystone Alpine 3701FL
What a beautiful fifth wheel
Quite nice. That handrail looks like a roof access ladder turned on it’s side- I’d change that……
Overkill is still underrated. Paint job is nice.
I would happily live in that for the rest of my life.
Toy haulers are the most popular fifth wheels on the market!! Hands down
Other than location of the W/D hookup and the bathroom, looks like ours. I love ours!
Gorgeous camper. Love all the storage
That's not petty. That's really important.
It can't get much better then this, plenty of elbow and shoulder room. From a 3781RL owner.
I thought so also. I think it's that close so that one cabinet door can open fully.
Just slide the shower door down to the other end and you've got lots of elbow room.
Montana used to put in the most insulation of any of the brands, which would be so much warmer than the others. They also used to build in a hidden safe under the bed.
I love the quality and layout of this RV. The center island is outstanding! I assume it has 2-30 lb propane tanks?
Correct, but there room to replace them with 40 lbs.
I like the kitchen storage.😊
Very nice. Would be nice to see how the waste water and black water (toilet) are emptied and re filed, how the slides are operated and how many berths (beds) are in it. That is only my query. Apart from that, it is a very nice trailer.
I would live in this full time. screw buying a house! I want one of these!
Fantastic! Would purchase this before a diesel pusher.
Headed to my local dealership to order one!
There is a good amount of room under the nightstand, as well as the top of the window treatment.
Like your honesty. You mention the flaws.
All those features and beautiful trimwork etc. and they went with the cheapo metal blinds (4:09) and still use the tarplike lamination on the bottom of the slides that consistently fails??
I really like this model and it is our top 5 we plan to buy real soon.
Great lay out. I like the lighter colors too.
