I'm a HUGE paper crafter, so this would double as my craft area. That storage underneath would be PERFECT for me; everything nice and close and tucked away as well. The natural light would be great for my coloring too. Now, I just need to get the hubs on board!
2 major downsides that jump out at me: 1) the pantry has no means to keep things on the shelf except for that tiny lip on the front. Any emergency maneuvers you might have to make will dump all your food and canned goods right off, and right through that glass door. Not a mess I'd like to clean up. And 2) if you can recall riding in the back of the school bus when you were kids, the back is where all the bounce is, and that's where all your dishes and silverware are riding and bouncing? In addition, if you have to do a panic brake all of those front facing cabinet doors will fly open dumping all their contents. For these reasons I've always made sure that I had a center or front kitchen on my RV's.
I watch these things all the time. I am amazed at what they can do with these trailers. I could never own one, but I love looking at them. They do cost as much as a pretty nice house somewhere though.

From a cook's perspective, that is a really well thought out kitchen. And he's right, plenty of countertop. From a European perspective, the simplicity of the general design is far more sophisticated than the somewhat typical American over embellishment.
We have an older 2006 Travel Supreme 5th wheel that has a similar layout except our bathroom you walk through into the bedroom and the wash/dryer closet is also in the bathroom area. We have the bedroom closet from side to side across the front of trailer. Our dresser layout is similar but is not in a slide out.

I was not crazy about the look of the fireplace though, it cheapened the feel of the room with the cheap looking graphics. ❤️ Love the desk as a photographer I’m always developing my raw files so having a real desk set up with a proper monitor and my drawing tablet would be awesome. Nice RV, but as others have said for the money it seems over priced.
Bling Bling The BS OF THE ISS I agree seems overpriced, when other luxury models are cheaper, but I guess I would need to compare. I loved the desk too! Perfect for our 11 year old that schools online, and then us for editing pictures and video for our TH-cam channel.

Well, isn't this a home away from home. Love it! I'd make the vanity area in the bdrm a desk-like area (would use the bathroom for 'vanity' needs), get the smaller fireplace, and downsize the TV. Some might not like the number of people it sleeps, not really designed for family sleepovers...but maybe that's a good thing! 😉 A few smaller grandchildren would work, though, on the sofa. If had an extra 1/2 a mill sitting around, I'd consider it, but I don't, so I can't. Thanks for the view!
Beautiful RV, except I would miss the cabinets above the sofa and dining area. Not enough storage for me. Not sure about having to load my dishwasher behind me (water drips). Has many awesome features. Colors are very pretty and cheery. Would have liked to seen more of the exterior. Thanks for the tour.
We wanted to keep the video time down so we didn't show the exterior 😉. With the kitchen pantry there was an enormous amount of storage...plenty of room in the living area for you two to dance 😂. See you guys soon!
I like the floor plan of this RV and it is so very nice and big and the kitchen table is very nice to and the living room has a lot of room for when you have people over for the night
For that much money I want to be able to have conversation with my dinner mates. All sitting in a line looking out the window? That is good for an office space but not dining
gosh I love this rv. Love how the bathroom is setup. overall love everything about this. I would get that floor plan in a heart beat. I would delete the skylight in the bathroom though. I rather have pretty much a solid roof.
That white woodwork looks really sharp, much better than dark stained wood. Do you know if its possible to have the hickory flooring on the floors of the slidouts? This would give the floors a more uniform look.
Dave & Diane Throwing caution to the Wind thanks, I’m wondering why they didn’t build it like that being that it was a show coach. It would have looked much more upscale.
@@ledebuhr1 hard to say, they might have had another coach at the show with the hardwood in the slides and this enabled them to show both options but I don't really know. We do like the hardwood in our slides.
I don't know why they built it this way for sure, but if you put hardwood in a slide you must trim it out on the ends. That leaves a "lip" on the slide floor (similar the the bedroom vanity slide) and if you have stools at the eating bar you run the risk of scarring the lip trim. With the carpet you have a smooth surface. It's all a preference.
@@Spad68 With some luxe fifth wheels are already approaching the length of a semi truck trailer when those know they can't pull it without a CDL when they know they can't pull it with anything less than a freightliner M2. As for the price of a luxe when those could be spending at least half to 3/4 of a million on the unit.
great tour... I am excited for you guys and hope you land on the floor plan that works for you. I know Maggie and I are excited to someday build our majestic for the future. Take care and travel safe
Thanks Jeff! Hope you guys are well. We're anxious to get this shopping done and move on with our next chapter! Stay in touch and hope to see you soon.
This has more storage space the my temporary apartment. I like many things this shown here just wish I could afford it and the truck to haul it with. Thank you for this tour!
Very nice rear kitchen…but I had one years ago. Everything would bounce around and break in the cabinets. I hope that problem has been solved. Also… why is the dishwasher across from the sink? You rinse the dishes at the sink then carry them behind you to the dishwasher? Would make more sense if it was right next to the sink. Big living-room. I’d opt for less TVs and more cabinets. Same in the bedroom… I’d opt for a full closet and put the washer/dryer somewhere else. But overall some very nice features instead of run of the mill floor plan.
Overall this is a beautiful 5th wheel. I love the rear kitchen, but the placement of the dishwasher is odd. You have to drip water all across the floor to move dishses from the sink to the dishwasher. I might have also shortened up the sofa and had a couple of stools at the kitchen counter and not just that luncheon bar, which is a little odd if you want to have a family dinner and everyone is looking out the window instead of at each other. The 5th wheel is $270,000 and the two rig is probably $100,000 or more. Nice if you have the money.
Would love to see a video of the outside of the home as well. Exterior storage and layout of the wet bay and generator is just as important as all the indoor amenities.
Hi Will. We tried to keep the video short so we opted not to visit the outdoor amenities. I'm sure if you contact Cole he'd be happy to take some video for you on the outside. Thanks for coming along....have a great weekend!
I think the riverstones are nicer. Especially for the price. Why would they put the dishwasher behind the sink? I DO like the lunch counter idea. We dont use our table for anything but to collect "stuff". Nice unit.
The bedroom storage is along the lines of much older models. I was so confused why there are so many units that have an opportunity for more storage but choose not to. I can only assume it has to do with floor space and total RV weight. I also like that they didn't go for a double sink in the bathroom. It's unnecessary and a waste of precious RV counter space.
Dang!!! My hubbie and I live in an apartment now bc of an amazing job interview. We r struggling with buy an RV instead. EVERYTIME I watch one of these I want an rv. This makes me one one.they put my apartment to shame!!
When you were making the video, do you remember what the outside temperature was? What was your impression of the ability of the two rooftop cassettes' ability to cool the coach?
Actually Ron we did check on that. The bedroom cassette was on when we entered the coach and it was very comfortable inside the bedroom. We did notice that the main floor cooled off pretty fast after he turned on the main unit. It was in the mid 70s while we were there, so not overly hot, but the cooling units seemed to preform well. With the energy savings that the mini-splits provide we're really hoping that the industry moves in the mini-split direction. Thanks for coming along and enjoy the weekend!
Hey Robin....yes, the bathroom access is good and the bed is as well. Unfortunately the fridge can't be accessed with the slides closed. That's one of the issues with a rear kitchen model....but there sure is a lot of room when you get to your destination! Thanks for coming along.
I like the dining bench but overall this feels much too expensive - however its good to see another manufacturer embracing modern colour schemes and designs! (could still get rid of the 1980s crown moulding though...such pointless weight to haul)
I love your New Trailer .My Wife and I are going to look at a few Toy Haulers soon. I’m also thinking of investing into a Western Star Tractor or Peterbilt.

If had an extra 1/2 a mill sitting around, I'd consider it, but I don't, so I can't. Thanks for the view!
The kitchen and couch setup are fantastic, innovative and setting a new industry standard. But my god that price...
My only questions would be about insulation and R-values.
Absolutely gorgeous! Loved the interior and furnishings.
That sub decking is great. Floors and decking getting destroyed by flooding is a common problem in RVs.
For that much money I want to be able to have conversation with my dinner mates. All sitting in a line looking out the window? That is good for an office space but not dining
Awesome 5th wheel... I lost count on how many times he had to say Cabinetry to make it sound better
For a full time RV'r, how well is it insulated? Can it handle a cold Canadian winter?
gosh I love this rv. Love how the bathroom is setup. overall love everything about this. I would get that floor plan in a heart beat. I would delete the skylight in the bathroom though. I rather have pretty much a solid roof.
We'll be living out of a camper while we build, if it wasn't for our 4 kids I would have loved this one.
That white woodwork looks really sharp, much better than dark stained wood. Do you know if its possible to have the hickory flooring on the floors of the slidouts? This would give the floors a more uniform look.
Not to take their glory but yes, New Horizon does or can put the hardwood in the slides, we had that done.
Love the light colors through out!
I'm not sure how they're justifying this humongous price when you can get a Luxe fifth wheel with even nicer amenities for Less
My Channel idk maybe they offer more custom abilities?? Doesn't make much sense to me either
Was going to say the same thing . I'd go luxe before even thinking of this unit .
Some other rigs on TH-cam are every bit as nice for a little over half the price of this thing!
I like you pfp
great tour...
Its a nice unit but frankly for the price I'm not impressed
I agree. The Montana and the riverstones are both nicer in my opinion.
Way overpriced for what your getting
This has more storage space the my temporary apartment. I like many things this shown here just wish I could afford it and the truck to haul it with.
Thank you for this tour!
First one I've ever looked at. If they hadn't said it is a 5th wheel and if it didn't have RV windows, I would not have believed it.
For this price, I was expecting a bunk room/office.
Ya . I was thinking that aswell .
Nit built for kids at that price range. More like for people that are single or retired
My first apartment was smaller than this. It’s incredible how much is done to make it into a home.
seriously awesome! TY! Well Wishes for you and yours. 🧡🧡🧡
😮 Awesome home. You’ll are amazing designers. Makes me want to buy one one day.
We love that they mount the generator UNDER the unit behind the wheels. Helps on pin weight AND frees up tons of open storage.
glad to see no island sink right in your way always!! great rv
sweet to bad i pick up my 5th wheel 6\4\20 that one is real good looker be safe and happy
Thanks Vincent....congratulations on your new rig! Hope you are well...and we're always happy 😉
I think the riverstones are nicer. Especially for the price. Why would they put the dishwasher behind the sink? I DO like the lunch counter idea. We dont use our table for anything but to collect "stuff". Nice unit.
The best design so far.... CONGRATULATIONS.
I feel like a 200k plus trailer should have a more luxurious shower. The living room is amazing.
Will you be changing the icon of your previous trailer with the new toy hauler that is at the beginning of your videos? 😊
That's our plan Jose. We need to find an artist that will help with that. Have a great week!
“I need to reserve 2 campsites right next to each other...for my one trailer”.
Real talk ...
Yep
Why a lip in the slide in the master.. if you install an adjustable bed you can make the dresser flush.. it will fit when slide out closed..
A+ for consideration of buyers great job
Beautiful coach, but what about access while on the road? Looks like bathroom access is good, what about kitchen and bed...
Hey Robin....yes, the bathroom access is good and the bed is as well. Unfortunately the fridge can't be accessed with the slides closed. That's one of the issues with a rear kitchen model....but there sure is a lot of room when you get to your destination! Thanks for coming along.
This coach is amazing. Loved it!
Spectacular layout. My only complaint I would prefer a dinner table and chairs, if that is possible.
Love everything but the carpet!
This is my ultimate fave
Wow, what a beauty.
All of that space in the living room and you put the sleeper sofa slap in front of the fireplace. Safe!
Fake flames bro
Love that sofa set up.
I like the dining bench but overall this feels much too expensive - however its good to see another manufacturer embracing modern colour schemes and designs! (could still get rid of the 1980s crown moulding though...such pointless weight to haul)
Wow! Love it!! Great video!! I would rather own house for the price. Only because the RV depreciate so fast like car. Not including maintenance.
I love your New Trailer .My Wife and I are going to look at a few Toy Haulers soon.
I’m also thinking of investing into a Western Star Tractor or Peterbilt.
That's so cool Reggie! Good luck in your search. Hope you find what you're looking for.
