That looks really nice. I bet it feels good to have it done. “ I might put a sun porch on next but probably not”. I like your honesty 😂 good work Jason hope all is well. God Bless
Thank you for filming all of this, I know it's not easy. Looking forward to more content. I bought 31 acres of land in NH and it came with a 1972 mobile home as is. They put a roof on it similar to yours. I've been renovating the bedrooms first, that's nearing completion plus I replaced the water heater. Bathroom is next! Next year I'll be doing this exact thing plus stripping the metal siding and installing 1/4 log cedar log cabin siding on the effer. It's going to look killer!
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan The 1/4 log solution is good and much less weight. You can also go with Michigan white pine, which may be lighter than cedar but cedar is pretty light weight.
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan plus if you have dry walled your interior ths will give a bit of balance to the structure. Even weight from both sides and all that.
Was wondering why I haven't seen you in awhile...well dang...I missed this one...this looks so amazing what a great accomplishment... great job Jason 👍😁. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I want to wish you a wonderful New Year... 💞👍
I had to slow down for a bit on TH-cam... I'm hoping to be back to full time in the spring .. How are you doing Mary... Our Christmas was good... Food was great... How was yours
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan I lost out on the last property in Ellsworth. I'm still looking but gotta move faster once something is listed up that way. Prices are crazy right now too, just like everyplace.
when your hand get dirty or when you tear your gloves that mean you are doing something right Keep up the great work. My greenhouse need a good foundation so I'm taking this idea right here
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan hey all all for it to be honest I’m looking forward for this. If you want to do it on Jan. 1st let me know also the time as well because I’ll be on Arizona time lol
I have a brick "wall" for my mobile home. Some of the blocks in the middle are very loose. I also have an entry point. The frame has become dislodged. This is what im planning on doing. Use a hand held grinder with a break out disk. Then when i get it adjusted to where i can put everything back in place, I'll mortar and sand mix to reinstall. My question is am i doing this the correct way?
Hi, I was looking on you tube for underpinning material . I like the blocks as you can use them again. Do you mind if I ask what did it cost you to go all the way around? I have a 16 by 60. Thanks 🦊
Gooood evening from central Florida! Hope everyone has a great night!

It’s cool that you’re using your local sand/aggregates to mix up in the mortar. Use what you got! ;)
