One day I'm going to buy a sawmill like that.
They're awesome.. paid for itself several times over
Blue zone Billy glad to see you run that mill better than that vss lol
😆 😂 😆 good morning brother, wanna get into a match?
nice cherry board came out of that log you should be able to get some nice slab out of that other one log cut in half keep making dust it always nice to see have a great day
@@saintaugustine1715 thanks, you have a wonderful day as well my friend
I thought "Cherry Wood" referred to and log that has never been sawed before, ;:>
@@radarwill 😆 😂 😆
Nice looking boards good video keep them coming
@@randymiller1604 I love working with cherry... Will do, thank you for stopping by Randy
Black cherry sure turns out beautiful.A sawmill is definitely on my bucket list. Good job
@@karlsoffthegrid1378 you definitely have enough woods at the cabin.. have you seen the Woodland Mills trailer for the sawmills
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan that’s what I want. Hopefully 🤞🏻 one day it happens
It will
Really nice to see you and have to say love what the wood turned out after it was milled.
Hey Mary, how are you doing my amazing friend
😂 Your saw mill starts easier than the majority of my toys
@@ILKnierim bahahaha, how are you Jason
I am seriously glad to see this video and thank you for it sir. I have subscribed and look forward to seeing your other videos.🙏🏽
@@OP-fd4lh thank you
Can you give me a link to where you bought the fuel line? This is not an easy job due to the way the carb is mounted. What I did was put the right side bolt in without the air cleaner part, then I could pivot the carb to hook up the hoses. Then I put the left one in with the air horn loose, removed the right and put it through both. This saw is OK but the chain oil leaks pretty bad and I think it would be a bitch to fix it.

@@user-cv1xe9yf3f there you go boss.. you're right, it's not an easy job due to its location.. have a great day my friend
I got mine pre bidenflation and it was about 130 bucks shipped to me. Cuts as well as my Husky and starts easier.
@@user-cv1xe9yf3f I love my xbull.. except the oil leak 😆
My X Bull is leaking the bar and chain oil pretty bad. If you have that problem and do a fix I hope you do a video.
Nice one.
@@carolinahillcountry he's beautiful... been back a few times
I know you have put a lot of logs through that mill. Great to see you back on here, brother.
@@carolinahillcountry yes I have.. it's good to be back brother.
What's the proper way to store these? I leave mine on the garage floor on top of a piece of cardboard because it leaks oil when it's hanging.
@@U2BER2012 I don't really store it.. mine leaks also but I use it all year.. I leave it on a stump and have for years.. I know it sounds abusive but the engine is covered and the bar is coated in bar oil so other than some sun fading I havn't seen anything wrong with it... I do regular maintenance on it.. I did a carb replacement last year as well as the fuel line, fuel/oil caps and the spark plug.. this year it got another plug.. thanks for stopping by
I think the deer wants to make friends with you cool video
Thanks, that would be cool too have a pet deer
Lucky. The wolves have eaten all of mine.
Hunt more wolves?... how you doing brother
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan I’m doing great. It’s great to see you back on video.
@karlsoffthegrid1378 is good to be back
Gooooood evening from central Florida! Hope everyone has a great night! When I saw you had dropped a new video... it put a huge smile on my face! Thanks for sharing Jason!
You're awesome David, have a wonderful evening my friend
That's awesome footage. I thought for sure when dog barked he would spook and run off but seems to know he's welcome thanks for sharing.
He didn't seem too spooked by us either
Clearly knows it isn't hunting season.
😆 he seems cool enough to be a pet😂
Nice looking buck. We currently have two does and a fawn that we are feeding hoping that they will draw a buck in closer to hunting season. It’s good to see you and hope you have a blessed day and week ahead my friend.
This is the first year we had one feel comfortable enough to come into the yard.. he's been here 3 times now... you have a very blessed week as well 😊
Clearly knows it isn't hunting season, such a tease.
Hahaha right
Oh I am so jealous! That is so awesome!❤
It was!
At 6:31 there is a 2 inch gap between the wood and block. Camera changes and there's better light 2 seconds later and the gap is gone! What did you do?
I put that 2x6 in there too fill it... then put foam to fill the rest... thanks for stopping by and commenting...
Very nice to see you back. The milling work looks good and you should be able to repair the roof with ease.
Working on it right now lol... thanks, it's good to be back.. have a great day my friend
Good to see you back, my long-lost eastern Viking brother.
Thanks, it's good to be back
Good to see you back, I have been wondering where you were.
Hey Kevin, good to see you my friend
Nasty shirt
Did you see the debate last night? Epic
Nice mill work
Thank you sir
Hey buddy looks like it running like a top. Good seeing you.
How are you doing brother
It as been a while how is the drying on poplar i never cut any myself there is none in Florida but when i was ulin Quebec i had some milled some of it did dryed okay but other logs were okay to make bows with it lol have a great day
I've cut it but used it immediately.. these will be air drying for a couple weeks before use.. I hope they stay straight 😆.. you have a wonderful day my friend
Glad to see you're back and that sawmill Looks almost brand new still
Hey, thanks brother
Great video! Free-ranging definitely agrees with that HUGE rooster!!! 😂🐓
😆 😂 😆
Thank you
Great job! You make be believe I can do this.
Thank you.. it's worth the hard work
Do you not pour a footer? You just put it straight on the ground. I am worried about that because my ground moves so much. And how do you close the gap on the top? Thank you.
There's already a footer.. this isn't for support but a barrier for winter... it was very drafty and my pipes would freeze.. they still do on single digit nights if we don't let the water trickle
What kind of wire did u use to supply power to the elements . I think you said strand wire did not understand
Nice video, but please lose the music for future videos. Thanks
Yes sir
What foam did you use between bottom of the home near rim joist and the top of the cinder block? Looks great btw!
Any chance you have the part number for that carb I can’t seem to find the replacement for mine…
What about the inside jacks? Does this eliminate the need to adjust them? Wouldn’t you need floor joists from one side to the other??
No but it helps
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan well thank you for answering my question. 🤓I’ve been in the remodeling business for about 25 years. Mostly tile and paint. Although I’ve done it all. I’ve learned so much with every project. 💯but everyday I am willing to learn more!! Full respect to you sir 🙌🏼
How do you find upgrade and what Husqvarna chain is this compatible to?
Insulation would help a lot.
Hi excuse me could you help me know which battery the Cub Low Boy 154 tractor has, I would greatly appreciate it.
My battery is too small... I picked the biggest Lawn mower battery at Walmart... works fine
@@HomesteadingNorthernMichigan Thanks You
The guitar bit was cool!
Thank you
Hei, can you please tell me what thermostat you used?
Can I weld an exhaust with this one?
Easy
Thanks!
My cluch wont stop Free spinning when i appy the Clutch petal.
There's a threaded rod for adjusting the clutch brakes
I don't want to buy that chainsaw after seeing this it just confirms more what I saw on the other video from chickanicworstchainsawever
Definitely avoid this saw 😆
Nice to see the work
Great job!
Thank you
