BAKE-OFF WINNING RHUBARB CUSTARD BARS {SUMMER VINTAGE RECIPE COLLABORATION}

Today I am making a the perfect summer rhubarb dessert recipe I found from Just a Pinch. The crust is buttery and has the perfect amount of crunch and pairs so well with the bite of the rhubarb.
