    John,
How do you like your Rydons after 3 years. Have they held up well? Most interested in the Rx insert. Thanks

I still love them. All of the rubber parts of the glasses are in exceptional condition, almost like brand new. Other glasses I have owned have had many parts replaced due to wear. The lenses are tough and resist scratches. Keep in mind I am very careful with the glasses. The inserts are terriffic, and I can't imagine riding without them. If you get prescription inserts be sure to get the anti-glare coating. I did and have no glare at all, which can be an issue with dual lenses in the Sun. The photo-chromatic lenses are exceptional. Very fast to change in different light conditions, and the UV protection is great. I also mountain bike, so good glasses that adapt quickly are a must for going in and out of trees. I don't think much about these glasses, which is a good indication of their effectiveness. Worth every penny. All the best.

@@Hipnosis65 Yes John the Rydon is a nice pair but it still does not have that 3 point fit... If you know what I mean....

Hello, I also live in Alberta. Do you know of any local retailers that sell the Rydons? Or do I have to order direct from them? Thanks.

Hi, John here... from my other channel... check it out. There was a dealer at Southcentre Mall in Calgary many years back, but I just checked and it looks like they don't sell them anymore in this city. I also searched on the Rudy site and they don't have any local dealers. I ordered mine from Rudy. Good luck. See you on the road.

Question for you if you have a moment:
I'm trying to find glasses with a photochromic option that offer good wind protection for cycling. I had the oakley jawbreakers, and returned them after getting terrible wind burn after one ride using them. I need glasses that fit more snug to my face, do these Rydons sit far out from your face? Are you familiar with the Tralyx and would they be a better option? Thanks in advance if you happen to reply

I’m not familiar with that model. The Rydon’s can be adjusted to sit closer to your face. You just bend the nosepiece. I get good coverage and wind protection from my Rydon’s. Keep in mind, if you’re flying down the mountain at 85kmh wind can get behind the lenses. To be safe, go with something with a larger lens for more coverage. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for the reply, I'm in between the Rydon and the Tralyx. I think the lense size is fine for the Rydon, they look very similar to what I currently use (Under armour core 2.0). What I like about them is the bottom edge of the lense sits almost flush with the upper cheek and next to no wind gets in. I'm basically looking for a clear/photochromic version of those, thanks again for your input.
