Don't know if I've been this certain and excited about a "new" technology in my life. Not sure if it'll be Vuzix or not but once development evolves this tech will change the world. I think everyday of the possibilities with these, it's incredible and I can't wait.
I want to use these with Aviation apps, Bluetooth from my IPad using Foreflight or Garmin to get airspeed and altitude when I look into a turn as I take my eyes off the instrument panel. Like a fighter pilot sees in his heads up display when he turns his head.
Yes, it will know all the content on your test. On a more serious note, it would be easy to snap a picture of a study guide and view it through the glasses.
make that cheap, maybe with less features (i just wanna see the screen content of my smartphone (google maps) for orientation without looking at it) and i will be your customer for life
They won't have a big market for them until the make them prescription. As you know most people are trying to get out of glasses i.e. Lasik/contacts; however, many people that have astigmatism, and are life long glasses users will jump right on this being they will wear glasses their entire life.
Funny how one of the engineers of this product is boasting of how great these are, but no one is replying to anyone's comments. I've seen plenty on Epsons bt-35e glasses. Fire the marketing department on these. Learn how to grow a product line. You tube is available to the world, and nobody knows..
Is it just I, or are we under the impression that people will only be ‘walking and running’ when wearing these glasses? LOL why not make the glasses so that, when you get into your car, the heads up display syncs with your cars technology (wirelessly of course!) to show the speedometer, gas usage, battery levels, gear, tachometer, oil readings and etc, on the glasses? Or better yet, have it so that the glasses can autonomously see behind the car, on the sides as well as in front (wirelessly synced cameras on the car and the glasses would mimic as a monitor of them)? Like, have the glasses internal barometer show the left side of what’s on the cars left, and when you turn towards the right side - have the glasses show what’s on the right of the car? Up and down could display front and rear cameras, respectively! It’s just stupid to see how they are talking ‘only’ about applications when people are using gps for “walking” to a location - SMH
Most inhabited places, even private property is full of cameras so there's not much difference . You can choose not to have them in your home but as soon as you walk outside your neighbor's surveillance system is probably within range. You have to get used to it or you'll have a very uncomfortable daily life.

Charbax in a word, bullshit. Phones dont even have a worthwhile app that performs what pdas did 25 years ago. And none of them negate the need to carry a laptop. In fact, there is not one compelling app on a phone . But hey, you can pay more than the cost of a laptop or 3x the price of a DSLR for a spider's eye arrangement of mediocre cameras that allow one to blur the background. And 2 years after the launch of these glasses, they remain a solution in search of a problem
@@sdushdiu you realize some things are made just to be cool? Someone who's into this and has some spending money would love it, of course it's not for everyone, it's not made to replace a laptop, phone, or a DSLR camera
Builderphill exactly. Hes expecting glasses with the battery the size of a pencil eraser, to replace a full blown dedicated computer. These glasses are meant to make daily tasks that little bit easier. With smart watches made phone tasks easier as when you get a call you have to 1 make sure your phone is ringing, 2 dig in your pocket and pull it out and hope nothing else like money fall out, 3 turn the phone on and check whos calling and 4 andwer and dedicate an entire arm to hold it up to your ear. While with a watch you take out two or even three of those steps. With glasses you take out even more. No longer do you have to use an arm that could be holding groceries or other stuff, its all on a tiny screen already up in your face. Right now the glasses are 800 dollars on amazon. And beside all of the used, people will buy these simply because theyre cool. I myself am a big tech nerd and i genuinely plan on buying these some day.
How come nobody had any camera footage uploaded to TH-cam yet?
So...you can't show the lenses at the camera? I feel like he just talked about what he was seeing but we just had to take his word for it
That's kinda what they're doing with crown electrokinetics, smart glass inserts. Do you know if there are any besides apple that are good?

Besides the stuff your phone can do, what can these do?
I've just been prescribed glasses for the first time and discovered the Blade 2. This is the most excited I've ever been
When you’re viewing pictures in your Blade, can you view them like a slideshow?

Vive costed me $1k 3 years ago not even including the computer. If i'm into AR, definitely get this
What does Vive have to do with AR tho?
blade costs 500 just now on summer sale
I want to see TH-cam on this
will it give correct answers on tests? And will you have to read the question out loud for it to give the correct answer?

Will it be available in duty free shop in Amsterdam or any airport duty free shop?
Awesome glasses !
can you watch youtube on this device??

He already explained that they make prescription inserts.
I can imagine watching netflix, hulu, etc with this thing would be nice then I would buy it haha.
I like it but a little huge and buggy.
If it can use 5 hr on movie and a little bit smaller , I will surely buy it
How about audio? Are there built in speakers in the glasses or do you have use your own ear buds or headphones?
There is built in audio, you can use earphones too.
Can I use airpods with glasses?

Shit! I thought it was Mika Singh in the thumbnail...
But sounds like Jonah Hill after he smoked a cig
I can see apple or google will partner or even buy this company
Apple most likely... around 200 Billion in cash, they could easily acquire this company
Apple is releasing their own glasses this year, they're supposed to be pretty nuts tbh

Design is not edgy or futuristic at all. Very unattractive design.
It’s not for fashion. It’s for people like Doctors and things. They have many designs
