Ok, quick drag racing lesson. When you launch, and your rpm's all of a sudden spike as your tires break traction and begin to spin, BACK OFF!!!. Simple, yet effective way to take care of your equipment
🤣🤣🤣🤣 quick dragracing lesson... letting off the gas in that situation is the last thing to do!! You're way better off trying to drive through it than just getting off the gas! I don't think you have any dragracing experience!!
And I've been racing for over 30 years. I'm not a pro, and don't have their money. I race on a budget and take care of my stuff. Maybe daddy warbucks is helping you, but I'm on my own
@GreaseMonkey-dq2dk we are obviously talking about different races! I thought you were talking about getting off the gas to not lose control. Sorry my mistake.
No. I mean, not always. By lifting all the way off of the throttle, you create a massive weight transfer that throws you unpredictably. But by "staying in it," you can let the car settle down more smoothly. It's a great skill set to learn in the snow or rain.
Maybe some serious engine setback, and /or ultra stiff springs on rebound combined with shocks with ultra soft jounce valving and strong rebound valving.

@@khaliddabbss5861 the van was making a legal U-turn....... like Moto said, driver probably panicked and try to move away from the upcoming fast car.... that is a typical area of US27.
Just a horrible driver. People who camp out in the left lane often do so because they are scared to death if they are anywhere else, namely, if they can’t see the edge of the road by their left fender, they think they are gonna drive off the edge of the earth since they can’t see their right fender. What often goes hand in hand with that is a total lack of situational awareness, only caring about how they are gonna get through the next mile without having a panic attack. I truly believe that about 15-20% of the population falls into thus category. So the van driver barely glanced around and saw no one “around”, can’t drive, but made a ridiculously wide u- turn, and then promptly returned to his left hand lane comfort zone. He’s also an idiot, and had that been a big rig, it might have been his last u turn.
@@andrewhigdon8346 I hate people who drive in the left lane, but that has nothing to do with this instance. The person clearly moved over to try to avoid the car going twice the speed limit in the right lane. The idiot here is the guy racing on a public road.
That little Colorado is a sick build. Ive always wanted to get early 90s Toyota Tacoma single cab and do a 2JZ build with it. It was a lot cheaper and easier (to find parts) and did a 93 Ranger with a 5.0 swap. That thing was tons of fun but not much for handling, just rowdy though
Wow that dual mustang roll was so damn lucky for the person in the left lane and was doing everything he could to not wad it up. But that’s one of the dangers of street, asphalt, concrete or anything that is not at a controlled environment where just a single mistake could lead to a lifetime in prison or in the ground. Gotta remember that there are many places to do this safely and not put so many other lives in danger.
