He has also been the Guest Editor for many international journals. He has conducted training programmes in more than 100 stages. He is specialized in Employability and Entrepreneurship Skills Development Training. His 'Take Diversion' series of entrepreneurship lectures are so popular in Kerala.
He writes blog posts on his Official Facebook Page 'Dr. K.P Najeemudeen' and his speeches and motivational videos are available on his TH-cam channel 'Dr. Najeemudeen K.P'. He also delivers motivational lectures and inspirational thoughts through his official Podcast 'Dr. Deen's Stories & Insights'. He also has an active presence on other social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
India celebrates June 19 as the National Reading Day in honour of P.N Panicker, the father of the Library and Literacy Movement in Kerala. This year marks the silver jubilee year or the 25th edition of the celebrations.
The P N Panicker Foundation and P N Panicker Vigyan Vikas Kendra have been observing the national reading day, reading week and reading month since June 19, 1996. The P N Panicker national reading day and digital reading month will be celebrated from June 19 to July 18, 2021. Just like previous years, the mass movement to promote the culture of reading will be celebrated in collaboration with the government of India, the ministry of education, NITI Aayog, the national digital library of India (NDLI), the government of Kerala, P.N. Panicker Foundation, P.N. Panicker Vigyan Vikas Kendra and other stakeholders.
Many reading-related activities will be organized on the occasion like webinars on the importance of reading, digital library and intellectual property rights, Covid-19 awareness, green economy etc. There will also be a digital reading pledge and other reading competitions for school students like quizzes, open art, essay writing.
Reading competitions for college students involve quiz, open art, debate, for teachers, librarians and faculty involve quiz and video book.
In 1996, the day began as the movement to promote a culture of reading to inculcate the habit of reading and promote book-mindedness among school children, youth as well as the underprivileged population of the country, according to the foundation.
The government of Kerala and the central government through NITI Aayog have entrusted P N Panicker Foundation and P N Panicker Vigyan Vikas Kendra with the responsibility of observing national reading day and digital reading month every year.
P.N Panicker was born on 1909 March 1 to Govinda Pillai and Janaky Amma at Neelamperoor, India. In 1926 he started the Sanadanadharmam Library as a teacher in his hometown. He was a teacher and his influence on society was much greater than many of his time.
Panicker led the formation of Thiruvithaamkoor Granthasala Sangham (Travancore Library Association) in 1945 with 47 rural libraries. The slogan of the organization was 'Read and Grow'. Later on, with the formation of Kerala State in 1956, it became Kerala Granthasala Sangham (KGS). He traveled to the villages of Kerala proclaiming the value of reading. He succeeded in bringing some 6,000 libraries into this network. Grandhasala Sangham won the prestigious ‘Krupsakaya Award’ from UNESCO in 1975. Panicker was the General Secretary of Sangham for 32 years, until 1977, when it was taken over by the State Government. It became the Kerala State Library Council, with an in-built democratic structure and funding.
The Government of Kerala acknowledged his contributions and ordered that 19 June be observed, annually, as Vaayanadinam (READING DAY ) with a week-long series of activities at schools and public institutions to honor his contributions to the cause of literacy, education and library movement.
The Department of Posts honored Panicker by issuing a commemorative postage stamp on 21 June 2004.
His birth centenary was celebrated under the auspices of the P.N. Panicker Foundation in 2010.

നോവലിന്റെ പേര് മറന്നു പോയി. ചില പേരുകൾ മാത്രം മനസ്സിലുണ്ട്. ശ്യാമ എന്നു പേരുള്ള വിമാനം . പ്രചണ്ഡ എന്നാണ് ഗൂഢസംഘതലവന്റെ പേര്. ഹിമാലയത്തിന്റെ താഴ്വാരത്തുള്ള ഒരു ചെറിയ രാജ്യത്താണ് കഥ നടക്കുന്നത്. കേസന്വേഷണത്തിന് ഇന്ത്യാക്കാരനായ ഒരു ഡിറ്റക്ടീവ് ആണ് പോകുന്നത്. കുറ്റാന്വേഷണ കഥയാണ്. കുറച്ച് പഴയതാണ്. മനസ്സിൽ ഈ ബുക്ക് വായിച്ചതായി ഓർമ്മയുണ്ടോ. ഈ ബുക്കിനെക്കുറിച്ച് എന്തെങ്കിലും idea ഉണ്ടോ. ഒന്നുകൂടെ വായിക്കാനാണ്.
