    This video is about copying and reproducing a GFRC precast concrete or cast stone baluster and making the precast mold for it.
    This project involved removing and copying a 1920s baluster pin from a historical building. The order was for reproducing 200 GFRC precast concrete baluster pins. This video shows the process from start to finish. The temporary precast mold was made from gypsum, if this was a more permanent mold it would be made from reinforced fiberglass resin.
