You could do something similar to the wall hanging with lights and use resin....swirl in clouds of colour, or a galaxy effect. Put the control/battery packs on the sides if you remove the wood frame. Or little coloured flames on the ends of the branches. Just tossing ideas out. I don't have access to space to work on such large projects. Large( over 100 units) multi-family complex ( apartments/flats)

8:44 the branch moves cos of pressure by the water. The branches are not attaches to the cement. There is no reinforcement. If you decide to make this id be very careful with what you put on it. And by no means let anyone sit on it....
These are things that folks in 3rd world countries produced, not for decor but household uses. We did these cement chairs n tables, barbells, weights etc. Today these crude cumbersome furnitures become center pieces, i am truly amazed, how life is a cycle.

Very beautiful and clever! White lights would be better, I believe, on the pallet board. Those flashing coloured lights seem to defeat the calm inspired by the natural tables and peaceful plant. Just a suggestion...

With the terracotta painted tables or stools... I would have painted terracotta inside the wooden frame to match... Just leaving the beauty of the natural sticks and twigs which would have matched better in the beauty of my eyes sight...

Идея хорошая. Только нужно брать высохшее дерево, так как оно потом все равно высохнет и деревяшки вывалятся из бетона. Нужно очищать деревяшечки от коры.

It would be better for the little tables if you poured the concrete in, then put the legs in.
That way you have a wide base, and a narrow tabletop. It will make the table much sturdier. It will not tip if you bump it.
Still I really like them! I would enjoy making a table like that.
Doing it the way they've done ensures that all the legs are set at the right length so the table doesn't rock or wobble when it's finished.
How would you level the legs ?

I scooped out some catelope rinds and poured left over thinset into the mold. When it was set it made a nice turtle shell, set upon some carefully selected Pocono River rock and a twig tail... now I have a stone turtle family on my front porch! Or is it me that was stone(d) ;)

Wonder if you could made a cement cradle w log legs for ripped log slab benches? Hmm. Probably could figure a way to create a working model of the live bottom log side where the legs will go and the cradle can be custom fitted to the log, perhaps with a routered slot in the wood for a more positive connection and ease of seating/fitment. I'll get right on that.
Harbor freight has nice thin wire led strands vs Christmas light. Just a thought.

What would you need to make the concrete?
It looks so smooth
A little extra wet with ur slump.. (or mixture) an lightly pat the surface with your trial or tool of choice to bring the water up to surface. Will result in a extra smooth surface. Oh an also use a concrete mix without gravel or sift it to remove gravel. At least for the top inch.
