  • Tapioca gummies for sweet coconut dessert/tricolor dessert as shown in my picture. These are unflavored and unsweeten since the dessert is already sweet.
    These can be made with just tapioca starch and boiling water, or with glutinous rice flour added or with both glutinous rice flour and regular rice flour added. For tapioca starch only I unfortunately do not have an exact measurement.
    The tool used is call gnocchi tool or cavatelli pasta maker. You can also use a new clean comb as well.
    1 cup tapioca starch
    1/3 cup glutinous rice flour
    1/2 tsp rice flour
    1/2 cups boiling water (must be boiling not just hot) ***video had wrong amount as 2 cups
    Few drops food coloring of choice

    Hi Zoey, love this dessert, thank you for sharing. May I ask where can I get the tool that you're using to make the gummies?

      Decades ago , we made these using the BACK OF A FORK before the advent of consumerism. You can be creative in the kitchen using what you already have plenty of. 😅

    Hi! Are these close to the texture of gummy bears? Do you think I can make gummy bears with this recipe by replacing the hot water with juice?

    • @ZoeyandVFam
      @ZoeyandVFam  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, they are similar in texture but I don’t think this recipe would be good for gummy bears as they need to be soak in water or else they stick to each other.

    Can I just use tapioca flour and sugar only or it's a must I have to add rice flour

    • @ZoeyandVFam
      @ZoeyandVFam  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, you can use this recipe without rice flour. You’ll need glutinous rice flour though. Add a little less water if so.

      @ZoeyandVFam  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, rice flour will be best for this recipe. I’m not sure what you can replace with as I have not tried.

    My question why don’t you show us what colors you used? it s not take long to show colors you used.
    It s really help if you show all ingredients you are going to make so we can see .

      @ZoeyandVFam  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry I didn’t think the color really matter so I didn’t show all. It’s the same as the pink just in other colors. This is Wilton gel. I’ll keep that in mind for my next videos.

    • @ZoeyandVFam
      @ZoeyandVFam  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The pink color is shown in the video, I didn’t show the brand but again it’s Wilton. Let me know if you have questions.
