I don't think it was. Ayin is still an ass, he should have had the foresight to know that collecting the light with all that suffering would not work. But it may have worked if he hadn't ran away from Angela at the last moment and left her to rot.
'Im sorry' and 'Good job' is little consolation. But sadly he already "ran away".
(Important thing to note is that X is not Ayin.)
Remorse didn't deflect your Boundary of Death. It's just that when clashing against a ranged page, your melee page is rerolled *every time* it clashes. So, that Boundary of Death gets rerolled every time it clashes.
Meanwhile, WhiteNight is just kinda awkwardly watching the Keter realization from the background.
The interesting thing about Carmen was how she was always for the entire story told by everyone else as this pure soul that had humanity's best interest in mind. Someone who would save humanity, at no benefit to herself.
Thinking about the reality of her behavior, though; Carmen gave up on humanity before anyone else. She thought humanity was so lost that she had to manually reset everyone, and that she was the only one to do it. Nobody who goes scorched earth like that believes the soil is salvageable.
GJ on the Keter realisation so a lot of stuff happens in this like Carmen been the voice that Xiao/Phillip/Yan and maybe Argalia heard.
During the realisation you saw those blue text and red text those are Carmen(red) and Angela (blue) talking to each other.
And lastly here something funny you can do against aspiration just use learning on it during the idle time it gonna be the best deflec you see in the game.
As Carmen in the source of All Distortions her just fighting with an abnormalities power can make them much more powerful.....a heart was stronger then Nothing there....

I can't belive you beat heart of aspiration and silent girl fight that early but stuck at the ice queen fight it's normaly the opposite. Those two fights are the most hated fights in the entire game. Still good job you are soooo close to finnishing the game
Only in hindsight, A finally was able to say he is sorry how he treated Angela from within the light. Unexpectedly he praises her for thinking selflessly and by herself , something neither he or her could do during their time in Lobotomy Corporation
Keter Realization done with, surprisingly fast might I add. Nice job.

The reason your guys weren't set up for the fight is simply because in a story standpoint, the light being released revived everyone the library had turned into a book and the book character pages could be seen as how the guests that you encounter see the assistant librarians as a blank face copy of that person: it could be theorized that the assistants were brought back to life when they were released from anomaly pages but the moment that the light was released *the assistant librarians were released too with book copies of them from when they got beat at a fight being used as replacements in a similar vein to when you make a clone of that character in lobotomy corporation to replace a fallen character.* TLDR: original assistances were brought back to life and released back to the city along with every employee that died during the events of Lobotomy Corporation and you have cloned copies of those assistants which is why you started out with no pages during the first fight encounter

I did an ultra Chad move with the aspiration part. I wanted to chese it cus it was so hard for me, but I failed that so I just the the ultimate Chad move and won anyways.
Also gotta love myself being the one to use the rapid gashes spam on Yujin cus it was one of my favourite strategies in the game.
Also also gotta love being healed for 100 go because of the snow Queen passive because of yujins high max hp.
Since you were struggling with getting them out of the ice prisons in the snow Queen fight, I wanted to mention that there was a likely intended solution that you missed: You didn't use the Gold Rush ego page, which is a blunt mass attack, and can restore up to 5 light and grant 5 strength if all hits connect. Then you use your Orchestra mass attack with 3 blunt hits that are boosted by 5 strength, and all the ice prisons will be close to or already broken. That way you can free the entire team at once quite early. Didn't really matter though since you pulled through and won anyways. Overall you did quite well in this realization! Keter realization is somewhat infamous for its difficulty compared to the rest of the game.

The Ice Queen Destroyed my ass more then any of the others. I actually got to the point where I left my computer I fear of breaking something.
