HuHot Mongolian Grill Stir Fry On The Blackstone Griddle

I have eaten at the popular restaurant chain, HuHot Mongolian Grill, twice now. I really like the concept and think the food is great. If you've eaten at a HuHot, you know what I'm talking about!
At the restaurant, you create your own dish based off of a massive selection of ingredients. The restaurant employees cook your food on a massive round griddle/grill. They use extremely thin shaved/sliced meats and the food has the incredible flavor that can only be attained by cooking at an extremely high temperature.
I created the exact same dish both times I have eaten at HuHot. Today, I show you how you can translate that dish for home cooking. I'm cooking on the Blackstone 36" Griddle Cooking Station, my weapon of choice.
