My Cousing Brother faced Exactly similar Situation. Instead Going to Court, He sold his House in bengaluru and spend lavishly for 10 months continuously. After that He took a Flight to USA with his Tourist visa and overstayed there and applied for Asylum. His asylum process taking place and got his Work permit to work legally in US even though when he doesn't have H1B visa. Thanks to Biden administration by having a small hole in the US laws. Instead of Going to Court for Divorce, spend all your Money and Escape the country to US / Canada.

This is a loop hole for the greedy women.. u may notice.. the women is not worrying abt losing a husband.. but focuses on the money... both parents are responsible for the upbringing of the child... both father and mother should contribute to the children 50% of their expenses.. house rent is 165000.. 25000 is enough to get a good house for rent

How about making it a law that a lawyer must alternate sides after each case? i.e. if you represent a wife in this case, you must represent a husband in the next.
This might probably make them understand the emotions on both sides in a better way and eventually make reasonable requests.

Again this becoming issue of alimony. You disrupting the human system by allowing marriage is not faithful to anyone but only financial and mental problem issues. Neither I want to support both father and mother but hate that the child had to see their arguments between father and mother in public area. Judge was right about it and it was too low trick to present the child.
Hello to everyone who are saying a husband works off ass and wife needs maintenance to those I need to say that a wife works at home as maid takes care of kids as a mother and does all the work but the husband works at office have affairs with colleague and other females then asks wife to work as she is nothing with no respect.. if a wife is treated with respect she gives everything but if she is disrespected then she will not care to go anywhere extent for her and her kid survive
