SC1T/SC2Z 2v2 cheese idea: Nydus roach medic rush
I'm pretty sure BW spellcasters with their broken (by SC2 standards) abilities are the way to go. Queen, Defilier, Dark Archon, etc.
If not - just go with SC2 meta.
Because spellcasters are the only significant advantage BW units have over SC2 ones.

The SC1 basic units are vastly inferior to their SC2 counterparts, but the SC1 spellcasters are absurdly broken compared to their SC2 counterparts. The only exception to this is the SC1 Hydralisk which dunks on its SC2 version.

The dragoon crushes most sc2 toss units. Against stalkers, you win up-front fights. Against immortals, you outrange them

This mod fills me with a joy i hadn't felt since the early days of WoL where every pro game was a unique, new, mystery lol
The SC1 Zealot grunts really gave the protoss a menacing feel, they went with a more mystical feel in SC2 but I prefer the advanced yet brutal SC1 warrior tribes.

20:00 I thought BW storms do more damage than sc2 storms over a SHORTER duration, not longer. Someone fact check this. Fun fact: The Koreans nicknamed the Scout "Prince of the Skies" as they are very good at taking down capital ships if they outnumber the capital ships 3 to 1. It is clearly a nickname intended to mock the unit :P Also, one of the problems of sc2 is that unit sounds are way too bland. Hearing the BW sound effects in sc2 is blessing to my ears :D

This mod has so many amazing possibilities!!! (competitively) Duo's where one teamate has to play SC1 race and the other has to play SC2. Would be amazing. SC2 Zerg creep would be a nightmare potentially. (for their teammate)

Starcraft needed this. The shakeup of effectively 6 races has created so much entertainment.
Split the 3 Faction "Rebels" (SC1) and "Loyalists" (SC2) like what SINS did.
Terran Raiders (TR), Terran Dominion (TD), Zerg Overmind (ZO), Zerg Queen (ZQ), Protos Khala (PK), Protos Scion (PS).

back in my teenage years i would play those fastest money possible no rush noob maps. The guy said no rush 20, and i asked can i scout your base before? and he said sure. So i proceeded to mass scouts and kill him at the 10 min mark.

Scouts have two upgrades in the Fleet Beacon: Increased Sight and Increased Speed.
Also, their anti-air attack is "Explosive" (half damage against Small/Light units like Banshee), while their anti-ground attack is "Normal" (full damage to everything but it has low DPS).
In this mod they just express this by the anti-air attack doing bonus damaged to armored.
Weren’t Corsairs medium....so how would they do the damage modifier vs that?
Scouts and wraiths are strong anti-armor units against air: overlords, slow moving armored capital ships like battlecruisers and carriers, flying Terran buildings like barracks/factory/command center.

Cannons in SC2 have 150/150, and 1 armor. In BW they had 100/100 and 0 armor. That's a 100 HP diff, plus armor - not to mention they don't take a year to replenish their shields.
Now SC2 and BW players can come together to demand scout buffs
This wasnt even a good game... This was a great freaking match! Didnt know who was going to win, the cheese, the command center flying, WHAT A FREAKING MATCH!
In this mod scouts are a bit cheaper and have very high dps vs air units, especially armored ones. However, I've even burned through Mutas with them. Honestly I think supply for supply they're very tough to beat in this mod for any other air unit.
I definitely think SC1 photos units look a lot more like an Advance Mecha Terran army than to another world advance race lol....
SC1 Protoss Scout should do +2 ground dmg, and cost -25 mineral and gas
SC1 Terran ghost should do +2 dmg
SC1 Zerg Guardian +15 hp / Devourer +5 dmg
Sight range upgrade lifts more fog of war to reveal more of the map. Especially useful with observers to reveal more map or cloaked units. And also, I am 50, not 30!

I've seen scouts in one pro game, as a response to a carrier rush on a map with eggs blocking the land routes.

Scouts would be OP vs Zerg because they beat up corruptors better than voidrays

Scouts were always such a cool unit; they don't deserve to be so underwhelming.
scouts are way better against sc2 races because sc2 races pull out heavy air units a lot more often
scouts are basically anti-armor phoenixes so they wreck corruptors, carriers, libs, etc
mostly just struggle against vikangs

Hi! I have Epilepsy and the storm effect shown at 12:53 instantly gave me an ocular migraine (warning sign for a seizure). If anyone who sees this is in contact with the mod creator(s), please let them know to add a toggle or decrease the flickering to be slower than 10 flashes per second. Don't worry, I am okay; it usually takes a few seconds of sustained exposure to a trigger for a seizure to happen. So I just looked away, but the ocular migraine persists for a while. Lucky for me is that mine don't hurt, but it's still uncomfortable :/
scout wins battle cruiser in BW, Scout might be the best vs air unit in starcraft, some patch lowered their cost from 300/150 to 275/125 I believe.
In BW the scout has the best anti-air in the game. Vs ground it does the same damage as a Wraith. It’s way too expensive and the upgrades are also expensive.
i would watch both videos each day if you up loaded 2 videos a day.

Ummm reavers do damage to friend or foe in SCBW. But in SC2 the pathing of the scarab is fast and perfect. So maybe for this mod they took away friendly fire as they fire scarabs so well now.
