I love how you and your mom do projects together. You guys are awesome. Good job doing the canning. You are blessed to have a wonderful family and wonderful neighbors.
Hooray for Dessy"s mum, what a heroine. As a jam maker myself I love the twisted tea towel technique for holding hot jars. Just proves you are never too old to learn
I would love it very much if you make a canning step by step. Your way of preserving looks sooo much easier then the way I see Americans do canning. That presure cooking scares me and it is expensive to get all that stuff. You just use what ever jars you have. Please consider make another video with more details. What kind of sugar, what amounts ect… That sure use seams like it has pecten? Dose anyone know if this kind of canning has a name? Or is it the Old school European method?

Rare to see Mirabelle plums in the US because of France's Appellation control of the cultivar.
I’m constantly amazed at how good you two ladies are at homestead-related things like canning, considering you’re both “city girls”.😊

So much sugar!!!
13:26 How many of us have held hot jars like that when filling them?
I've never seen such small plumbs. What kind are they? I thought you were calling grapes plumbs at the beginning of the video.
Great you have your hens to eat the leftovers from the produce.😂
