You are a classic car builder Ben ! So good looking with the engine and transmission build in, so nice to watch this channel where big progress is made! Now waiting for the next episode!
Hi Ben it was so good to watch you doing the metalwork around the transmission area, those are the parts of your show that I find most fascinating, NEVER boring!
I admire your bravery..and I can do attitude....with all of the lousy comments that have been posted you still do a great job....wish you more wisdom..... watching from Ndola Zambia 🇿🇲🇿🇲🇿🇲
Yeah I don't mind it at all. See how he does things.......and then sit back and critique lol Many youtubers don't realize if we get bored we can jump ahead.
Good work, Tip of advice: Plug all holes when doing the sand blasting . You don’t want the sentiment medium to be inside the car shifting its weight around
Doing great ben, Seeing it on all four wheel is exciting. Take it easy it sucks that parts are taking too long but I think it is a bit of blessing helping you don't get burned out that quick.
oh man one of my suggested videos is you test fitting the coyote 5.0 in your 66 TWO YEARS ago lmao. i cant believe its been that long since then. glad this one is going so great
Just an idea , get the motor mounts and tranny mount all bolted in and headers on ,then Put in the steering ,pedals , and all that stuff so you won’t run into problems with clearance , make sure you detail all your engine stuff before you drop it in for good , are you going wide body or just some wheel well flares ? With all those ponies your gonna need some big azz tires , if you bed liner the interior,at some point if you have to change or do work on it ,( welding or changeout a panel it’s a pain in the butt, ) But it does work ok for sound deadening , they make a peel in stick heat shield and sound deadened that you just cut to size and stick on, the build is look’n great , it will ready for paint by next week ! 😁👍
Ready to see you guys start getting the cage built and getting the car back together, would be nice to see another collab with goonzquad once the mustang is done with their camaro with the ZL1 swap when it’s done as well! Both classics with new hearts!
@@Huidos001 After they figured out they got ripped off by the auction they have made many excuses to not work on it. They had to replace pretty much everything but the frame. Rear end will be next.
if you are planning on a four link with coil overs for the rear there is extensive work that will need to be done back there you will either have to buy or build a rear stub to support everything the sheet metal will just rip out

Vtune you can really see the progress now with the Mustang on wheels! It would be cool to put a 2015 or newer IRS in this car! That would really take this car over the top!

My ECU on my old Ranger is mounted in the cowl on passenger side, look at your shop truck ranger it will get it out harms way of exhaust heat and under hood Temps when idling.
It isn't designed that way, it's actually a structural member of the body. But a good idea, with the steel dashboard they are a BITCH to work behind (speaking from experience).
man that suspension looks good, i don't mind the fab work either btw, i think anytime you are doing something unique and different it is good content. I have seen a million rim reveals on youtube for example, and a million other things that get done over and over again, but ive never seen this, and it keeps me coming back.
Ford 9" rear will go good with your build , but are you going to mini tub the rear end so you can fit some wider tires in the back for better traction ?
Looking good Ben! Going to order a set of those roller wheels 👍🏼 How about making a heavy duty metal work table for your grinding and welding instead of wasting the nice toolbox? Enjoying all your videos!
Dude I drive a school bus for my day job and the bus I have has the same engine. It's so hilarious hearing it when you floor it. It's like if you slapped a trombone at the end of a Mustang exhaust.
The rear end looks like a 9”just get a suspension kit and axle upgrades, before you mess with the steering get a set of headers on the motor so you don’t have any clearance issues! The car is coming along nicely very much enjoying this build!
I thought of a great paint idea for that beast, the original white change it to pearl white and the stripe to blue carbon fibre then deep coated in clear coat.

You should find a company that will sponsor a video, that does parking lot paving. And have them pave your lot.

My ECU on my old Ranger is mounted in the cowl on passenger side, look at your shop truck ranger it will get it out harms way of exhaust heat and under hood Temps when idling.
Can the cowl be bolted on? That way in the future if you need to get in that area to fix something, it would be easier.
It isn't designed that way, it's actually a structural member of the body. But a good idea, with the steel dashboard they are a BITCH to work behind (speaking from experience).
Now all you need is a team of horses.
“Literally” is this dudes favorite word. 🥴
Edit: “honestly”, too. 😂
And perfect
"Just ordered..."
You will need to hake the transition from the trans tunnel to the floor a bolt-in piece so you can access the linkage, etc.easier in the future.
nice to see it roll he cleaned up the used spindles better than i thought
Put a narrow 9 inch rear and move the wheel tubs inboard , so you can add some wider rubber .and keep them under the body
Those tubes in the engine bay would be a cool place to hide wiring

Trans tunnel looking a lil large, my 2cents. Keep cranking out content.
I think it might look a little more OEM if it was radiused rather than built with angles done on a bender as well?

Don't forget: he's putting a wide body on it.
