    Vitamin K2 is needed to direct calcium into bones. Without K2 calcium can buildup in the arteries.

    I take a multivitamin supplement with 50 mcgs of D and off to the side it lists Calcium Lactate but no value for this supplement.

    Only dietary calcium helps us not supplements. Calcium supplements cause heart attacks etc.
