"personally I like little balls!" Great sense of humour! Hands on cooking, pure class! He should make some 'How To' videos, showing knife skills and basic teachings!
Made this last night with my man......I've made it a million times and he wanted to know how to fix food that I would like for future...he did a great job...I'm no chef but I know my way around a kitchen and he was amazing!!! :)
LOLLLLL this must have been funny to tape, he had me laughing everytime he said balls, his eyes were hilarious, ha ha ha he's quick and good ,nice combo!
Nice, but homemade breadcrumb is much better, and easy to make: just take a few slices of white bread, remove the crust, dice them and dry-fry them on an old pan (never dry-fry on a nice new cast-iron or non-stick pan!). Put them on a piece of waxy paper, fold the paper so the it is covered, and crush them with a cake roll. Don`t forget the salt in the meatballs like Jamie did!
he could have just said MEAT balls.. instead of just BALLS! lol. But u can tell he quite enjoyed it and thought it was funny. Boys WILL be BOYS! hihi..
@jeanjeansweden on his website this is what it says: • Add your onion to the frying pan and stir for around 7 minutes or until softened and lightly golden • Then add your garlic and chilli. I think he got a little over excited about his chilli and garlic. :-)
@OurBestMusicChannel Hey, here's a tip for ya. Add a bit of sugar to it, maybe like... half a teaspoon to one teaspoon, it won't make it candy like sweet but it sound offset the sourness of the tomatoes. =) Hope this works for you.
does anybody know the recipe for Jamie Oliver's butternut squash soup, in his show Jamie's Twist, when it is a pre-christmas dinner and he makes this chicken cabob, the buternut squash soup and the bubble sqeak? it had prosciutto on it.
am i the only one who noticed that he forgot the onion? I think it was meant for the sauce, but he never used it...You can't have good sauce with no onion Jamie damn!!
AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THOUGH THE WAY HE THREW THE WORD "BALLS" AROUND WAS.... I know it's not intended to be a word which relates to testicles but c'mon, in this day and age ?
He's always using non stick pans in all these videos, and he's using metal utensils. I thought that was an absolute no go? I try to limit the teflon in my diet!
lol kk it doesn look tht good ....he didn put any sugar in his sauce u need a bit of sugar in the sauce to take the edge off..... no seasoning in the meat or sauce and also no onions in the sauce or meat .....
I am very offended at his careless innuendo with the balls thing. This is suposed to be a family show. I shudder to imagine all the children who happened to be watching, hoping for cooking tips only to be horrified at his careless, offensive"humor". It is NOT funny. It is tasteless, immature and inappropriate. I really hope the producers of the show reprimanded him. The way the world is now, this is the last kind of thing we need.
Recipe videos are a good idea per se but jamie oliver needs to cut his recipes to suit the budgets of the locals-tv chefs constantly flog high fat high sugar our way.
Haha he's a cheeky bugger, he couldn't help grinning every time he mentioned the balls. Awesome recipe also.
you are the best jamie, thank you for all those delicious recipes :)
All time favorite recipe ever !! Love the way Jamie makes it so easy..
"personally I like little balls!" Great sense of humour! Hands on cooking, pure class! He should make some 'How To' videos, showing knife skills and basic teachings!
no doubt recipes are great! but what i liked the best was how he opens a bag of spaghetti ! :D

This looks amazing!!
This is our go to pasta/meatball dish! I add a bit of balsamic to the mix and I mix a 50/50 of lamb and turkey instead of beef.
"and just bash the hell out of it." omg thats what my mum does
i love his intense look when he's rolling them into balls, his eyes are so blue.
Hehe his grin everytime he mentions balls
Nice, will try it.
yeah indeed, the recipe is nice but i'd add some onion too, it gives the whole dish great flavour!
He opened the spaghetti like a boss :o

Allways funny talking about balls=)
I think if you had to guess jamie's favourite dish ever, it would be chili roasted in olive oil, maybe a bit of salt.
He was trying to hold in his laughter when he said little balls.
i had to lol when he started talking about balls and was cracking up about it...
im going to make that dish tomorrow :D
lol the grin on his face @ 2;15
LovelyJamie.

You damn neighbor! Get back this pet flamingo!!!
Obviously Jamie forgot to use the onion he mentioned, which shld be used before frying the garlic and chili
he could have just said MEAT balls.. instead of just BALLS! lol. But u can tell he quite enjoyed it and thought it was funny. Boys WILL be BOYS! hihi..
It branched out and created its own TH-cam channel.
How much salt do you put in with the pasta?
@jeanjeansweden on his website this is what it says:
• Add your onion to the frying pan and stir for around 7 minutes or until softened and lightly golden
• Then add your garlic and chilli.

Smells like meatball-spirit!
No salt or pepper in the meat?

I think he knows the pun, and he's laughing at it.

"Bash the hell out of it!"

@Bumblenoodle98 how the hell did you figure that out

Beremi why question it?? Don't tell me you still wouldn't eat that, but that's his way of doing it, nobody said you can't season the meat....
