In Serbia we have dish like that and it's called Karadjordjeva snicla! (Karadjordje's steak) It can be made of pork meat too...Only different is that we roll white meet so it look like its stuffed..

While he may have washed his hands in the cuts this video is catering to the beginner cook. It seems irresponsible to not even mention that you should wash your hands immediately after touching raw chicken.

And the recipe is straight-forward, I didn't even have to concentrate on those centimeters, grams, etc. You have to see the point: i.e. the meet needs to have an uniform thickness, it needs to be fully covered with parmesan chese, etc. Americans .. always needing details like little babies...

IvI DoWnS IvI sausage meat / gammon are pork as far as I know.. if they are not, I'd say gammon is too thick, it won't let the heat come up, sausage meat will probably leak the parmesan cheese, you need something thin and able to hold the parmesan without leaking it on the pan.
