this is a fun fact! I am doing CPA and that is very hard study. While reading or studying I tend to be very sleepy. lol and when it happens I quickly start one of your videos. As a mom of 22 years, I've been through coupon craze, stockpiling and now being older and busier with a 21 yr old and 8yr old, I don't have the time or energy! So I'm excited to try ibotta as a way to save us more money. Your shells recipe was a great reminder of an old recipe I fixes when. My daughter was little. Both husband and daughter are lactose intolerant so ricotta is too rich so I use Monterey Jack and cottage cheese and it's easier on their tummies. I'm so glad your reminded me so we can add that back to our meal planning. The dish pan in meat drawer is a awesome idea so I gotta try it!! We just had our family dollar replaced with a dollar tree only 3 min from my house. You can imagine how excited I am!! You are such a joy to watch and I just wanted to say thank you!!! I've followed your idea and lined my shelves, as well as a lazy Susan, labeled $Tree bins and my favourite - a separate bin for meat. Keeps everything neat and so much easier to find. Thanks for the tip on setting the veggie drawer. I didn't know that.

Hello, I love the ideas for the fridge. I do many of the meal ideas that you do. Will also premake sandwiches on French bread loaves but I don't add stuff like tomato or mayo until I'm going to eat it so that the bread doesn't get soggy. I will slice the tomatoes, wrap then in plastic wrap and wrap the sandwich and tomato in foil for later. Stuff like lasagna I will cook, then freeze and then take it out of the pan an cut the whole thing into squares and wrap each in foil to eat later. If I freeze it uncooked I can just pop the foil packet into the oven to cook later. I have lots more where that came from. Love your videos, take care, Dee😊👍

Just literally deep cleaned my fridge and thought I'd take a break and you video popped in my feed. now I am wanting to go shopping for liners and a lazy wheel and bins... but I must keep deep cleaning, lol thanks for the tips. wish I could use that app looks good for saving especially when you have a big family like me.

Thanks for telling use about ibotta, Kathryn! I had never heard of it. Sounds like ebates (which I use the heck out of) for groceries and I rarely keep track of coupons.
What sets your videos apart from others is that you always show what you do with your bargain finds and it's brilliant and beautiful. SO much better than just hauling everything that DT or say Target has for the season.

You are so talented and amazing. I use these bins for the side by side deep,freezer to separate fruit, vegetables, chicken, meats..4 total. I got mine at target in dollar section at the beginning of the school,year.

I made the salad... awesome!!! I love the flavors. I will probably use less dressing or leave it out of the jar, but it was delish and very easy. One thing I did add some pepitas and dried cranberries to the top. Thanks for the great recipe!

I have a small fridge that desperately needs to be cleaned up & organized. I like the idea of using placentas or solid plastic cutting boards (which you showed in another video) to line the shelves. I will have to get some with my next paycheck & get some bins, too, I'm order to organize my fridge & freezer.

I have the same Dollar Tree placemats in my fridge, and my mom liked it so much she bought the same kind for hers! I find a good way to save money is to buy the store brand of items. The recipes look really good! My husband loves the one you posted with the chicken, potatoes, and frozen veggies all in a baking dish. We started calling it "Winner, winner, chicken dinner!" :) Thanks for more great tips!
