I agree with the intolerances 100% because after I did this (eliminated things my stomach didn’t like) I am now seeing for the first time in my life what not being abnormally bloated looks like on me. I thought it was normal.
You guys didn’t talk about visceral fat. You can be very lean and still have a lot of fat inside your abdomen. Calorie restriction mainly goes after subcutaneous fat. Prolonged fasting, 48-72 hours will reduce visceral fat. I did a 3 day fast last month for the first time. I had permanent losses from the waistline, unlike what I’ve seen from calorie restriction alone
Before I exercised I was always bloated and had belly, even when I was 64 kg in junior high. I don't think there's a secret, and even though ab exercises don't burn belly fat, they deffinetly help with getting a strong core which means you won't look as bloated and soft.
Very nice podcast, i'm looking forward to watch more of those ! Let me add that the TVA is a very unknown muscle and if you want to get abs you need to contract it. I've been taught that by a kinetherapist. She told me to do crunches and stopped me to show me how to do them to properly engage the TVA. She made me exhale, suck up the belly and THEN only do a crunch, hold it for a second then roll back down and inspire. And that was really hard and much smarter than just do dozens of fast crunches, the abs gain came in really fast. Do your crunches correctly ! Exhale, suck up the belly and slow down !

And yes eating the right food!! Nothing wrong with the right Salad combo with chicken
@@realtruth1448 you should watch some more Mind Pump videos, because they do not advocate extreme caloric deficits. They advocate undulating colonies and actually have a surplus some days while have a deficit others.
@@springfield03sniper and they’re wrong, extremely wrong, calories out>calories in = maximum fatloss, if you disagree with this you’re delusional, having an extreme caloric deficit with HIIT cardio combined with fasting and low carbs is the absolute maximum fastest and easiest way to get rid of FAT, I haven’t watched all their videos But I’m Definitely 99% sure their advice isn’t solely for fatloss but fatloss+muscle gain, and anyone with who needs to lose 25+ pounds fast isn’t or SHOULDN’T be worried about “keeping” or “growing” their muscles when losing fat, I know what I’m talking about, these guys are clearly on the muscle side more than the fatloss side
@@realtruth1448 is cutting 1,000 calories a day, and doing HIIT cardio, which burns more calories a sustainable lifestyle?
