  • The datas out: calling customers in 60 seconds or less increases your conversion rate by 391%. If you're tired of calling stale lead lists, just to get one lukewarm call after 100 dials, try this.
    Here's how $1M+ ARR companies call leads in 20 seconds, maximizing every lead that comes their way.

    Appreciate the sharing! The Fan(?) noise is quite distracting, not sure if it's computer fans or AC unit.. I wonder if there is a tool that can keep your voice and remove the background sound? It would be much easier to follow. Curious what mic you are using and it's position. Thanks again for sharing the info regardless.

      Thanks for the reply! I actually just used my webcam mic and recorder. I actually just shipped my lapel mic and video camera over, so the quality for future videos should definitely improve (and I'm buying some new equipment) - I just wanted to get started asap and not use equipment as a reason to not film. Thank you very much for the feedback, I'll work on improving the overall audio and visual quality!!

    Hi Jono, if the sms is being sent to everyone in the sales team, how does the system know has claimed the lead so it can then trigger the call action between that person and the lead? Are they claiming it in the CRM?

      Great question! I usually have a "bridge" step in between the lead being generated and the messages going out, where I send out text messages to everyone on the sales team with a link to claim that lead through a gohighlevel form. On the gohighlevel form, I have a dropdown with names of everyone on the sales team. On the form submission, I trigger a new workflow, where it assigns the lead to whichever sales rep was selected on the form. You just need to make sure that the form links back to the initial client. Below is an example of how you can structure the link to the form in the automated text message to sales reps. Hope this helps!
      my-go-high-level-form/form-id?email={{contact.email}}
      Just throw ?email={{contact.email}} at the end of the link and make sure there's an email field in the form

    does this work the same for GHL forms? not seeing a webhook variable in GHL form builder

    • @jonocatliff
      @jonocatliff  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey @RustyMetals, it's even easier with the GHL form builder. Once the form is created, you can just select your trigger as "form submitted" to start the workflow!

    Not sure how this is any different than using Zapier?

    • @BergomyLegendre

      It isn’t.

      Hey @bubblewrap4793, you can use Zapier as well - it's interchangeable. I used Zapier for about 4 years, and then migrated almost everything over to Make.com, because it's cheaper, but more importantly, it's much more powerful, because of functionality like routers, inline functions, iterators and aggregators, etc.

    No disrespect but, how can we possibly know that is true ($$$)

    • @jonocatliff
      @jonocatliff  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey @ChrisOrillia, this is a great point - thanks for bringing this up! You can actually find these stats from studies online. I linked it below. Essentially it says if you call within 60 seconds you can increase your conversion rate by 391%. Personally, when I call clients after a few hours (or days), it typically takes me 100-200 calls to find someone who has time to speak, but when I call immediately, I usually have 60-70% success with any given lead. So in other words, just calling faster means I get out more quotes that I otherwise wouldn't, and reach people that haven't hired my competitors yet, and that results in 4x more sales :)
