As a reseller since the early 2000's my best move was to hire my young sons (then ages 8-13) to help with everything except the actual listing. I had them steam clothing, package, find inventory, etc. By hiring them (I kept excellent records) at minimum wage I was able to add that as a business expense and also all their earned income, I opened custodial Roth IRAs and put all their earnings in them. When my sons turned 21, the IRAs became their own and now each boy has over $80K saved up for retirement. This is all legal. The IRS indicates that it has to be earned income and there is no minimum age. Just keep accurate records.
That’s so cool I do all my eBay stuff myself but my son has come along to sourcing events and watched my process and now runs a successful e-commerce businesses
I love this! I am a new reseller and have talked to my kids about hiring them to help me photograph. How much did you pay your sons? Was it per hour? Or per item?
P.S. It's not a 'Death Pile'...it's a 'Money Pile' because there's money to be made once you get it listed ;) Thank you for your plethora of knowledge. Your crazy numbers & the way you break it down makes total sense to me! Keep up the good work!
Yes it’s better than money in the bank , and it pays to have plenty of stock in case we get locked down again or you can’t manage to go out to the shops ,
Best video ive ever watched about reselling. im trying to make 5000 profit monthly, and this is so informative. I had a stroke in my 20's and i started reselling to pay for medical care and living costs. i cant do alot most days. glad i found your videos!!!
A very helpful video. Thanks. What I am dumbfounded by is how quickly those photos are uploaded! With my internet speed at my house I routinely wait 2-4 minutes per photo to upload. I figured it was faster in cities, but I had no idea how much time I was losing just in the speed available here.
When I’m out sourcing I normally look up the item on ebay to find out the sold comps and sell through rate. if I make the decision that I’m going to buy it I go ahead and do a sell similar right then and create a draft. That way I’m not having to look for it again a 2nd time when I’m ready to list it.
Good video. Since most buyers use the app, use the app for the entire process. Thats how I have been listing for years. I give myself an advantage by always using one of my own listings to build on. No surprises from someone else's listing. Even changing the category and altering the title, is still faster for me. Sometimes, I take a batch of pictures and I can list anywhere. (park, store, waiting in line, hospital, beach, yard, etc.) Similar to making offers to buyers. Works almost everywhere.
Just wanted to say THANKS! You just saved me at least an hour a day. I knew there must be a quicker way to upload/download photos to eBay. I went from over 5 minutes per listing, to around 1 minute (just on getting the pics from my phone to the actual listing). Listing at least 15 items per day, the time savings, not to mention shortening the worst part of listing, has been a blessing. Continued success. Take care!
This the absolute best how-to reseller video I’ve ever watched! Totally relatable and information delivered in a simple, easy to follow steps. Thank you!
Thank you for the spreadsheet!! I have been needing to calculate my metrics in order to accurately adjust my listings per day for a while now. Your video gave me the kick in the rear needed to get down and figure out the path to get back on track. Having a clear picture will help tremendously. I really like how you present and break down the info in your videos and also appreciate the motivation it generates for me and I am sure many others, too :)
My laptop crashed and I lost the flip wise. beta. Could u or were to Finn or? Do I need to re-sign up for it? I know you have to be invite only can’t find it anywhere it’s gone.
Primo content, thx. I agree listing is a drag. Having daily listing minimums helps, also I always have several saved in drafts. That way I don't always have to start them from scratch. I also make my thrifting time contingent on popping out new listings, so I don't walk into a thrift store unless I've met my listing minimums that day, good motivation.
Probably the most helpful TH-cam video I have watched in my current journey. Super part time, moving to part time since I got let go from my job so I have time to get things in order while searching for a new job, or with help from this video and your spreadsheet, figuring what I would need to go full time. I just passed 250 and hit 300 listings just in the last 3 weeks. Although living in San Diego, my numbers are a lot higher than most who live in the Midwest, but an excellent video and tool!! Thanks!!!
Thank you for the spreadsheet. As a former District Manager, I love numbers! The problem is I needed someone like you to give me a breakdown to better focus on my personal goals. Thank you for that! I am new eBay Seller, just since June. But things are building and I am so excited of where I can go with this! Really want to be part of your Beta Test! Keep up the thorough videos! They are awesome!
Hey Justin, really enjoying your videos. I recently got into reselling on eBay with my son (14) as a way to spend more time with him and teach him about business. He likes the flashy videos that show a rare piece worth eleventy billion dollars someone picked up for a quarter at a garage sale. I, on the other hand, was in financial sales for 20 years and tracked Everything in my business, so I really appreciate your videos and teaching style. In fact I've just started having him watch them with me as we both take notes. This was the first one we watched together as I agree listing is paramount to success. Thanks for the spreadsheet and I look forward to your app. TH-cam is hard. You are making good content and editing it very well. It's hard coming from an analytical place to know what is going to work or not and can be very frustrating. Then, you start to figure out what TH-cam wants but aren't sure that's what you want to make all the time. Like I said, it's hard. You've grown well over the last 5-6 months it looks like. I just wanted to encourage you to keep it up.
Thanks for watching and for the kind words. You're totally right about TH-cam and looks like you have plenty of experience yourself. I mostly just focus on making videos that I would want watch personally and trust that there are other people out there who feel similarly. That has turned out to be mostly right. I do think I could grow more quickly and to greater heights with other types of content (sourcing videos for example) and while I like watching those videos, it's just not really my style and I'd rather not fall into the trap of making videos just because they grow the audience regardless of whether I want to make them or not. Thanks again!
@@justinresells you're doing it right then. Do it because you enjoy it. If you don't enjoy watching your videos no one else will. And yeah, I've been doing youtube for 4 years now. This is my second channel that I never gave the focus it deserved. I blew it up with one video two years ago, but didn't want to commit to doing that consistently (4 weeks for 1 video). It has sat dormant fort 8 months now so I did a total rebrand and style change which TH-cam HATES. lol Oh well, I figured as much and at least it's already monetized.
Yeah that is interesting. Feels better to start w/ 26k subscribers versus 0 even if those aren't really the target. Perception plays a big part and will likely help you grow with target audience subscribers more quickly. I sub'd :)
Justin... you are a God among men. I've literally based almost everything I've ever sold off eBay for so long just using things I've learned in your videos and I can't express in a simple comment how far I've come by doing so. Every time I feel the pain of too much stock, I come here to reset mentally, burn through the death pile, and come out the other end a winner (except the free shipping, I know that flat rate has proven much better since this video was posted). Sure you make a killing on your YT vids at this point, possibly more than eBay I would think, but whether or not you get paid for doing this, it means the world to a lot of people and I thank you for continuing to make sense of an otherwise hectic market.
Algebra for the win! 😂 Seriously though. So much of this goes against what people say to us newbies. When I say my sales are tanking, the response is usually take better pictures, go over your listings, do your research and study comps, don’t offer free shipping, turn on accept offers, etc. I spend hours listing and none of that seems to work. I’m starting to wing it a little more. And I don’t have the set up to take better photos so there’s that. And it’s really hard to find the discipline to keep listing when your sales are zero. It feels like screaming into the void. I’ll keep doing this for a few more months and then I’ll have to reevaluate. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy your pragmatic approach!
I like the shortcuts tip! I'll probably set those up shortly. One of the things that I use that I started doing in college while writing papers was to add cut/ copy/paste/backspace/enter/undo/redo/open closed tab/last page/next page to gaming mouse key function buttons. It has helped a ton so I don't even need a hand on the keyboard except for pricing.
I listen to heaps of re selling videos as I try to build capital for the financial security of my family. This is my side hustle and your videos are fantastic. So clear and great information. Thank you! You have motivated me to take this more seriously. While I never want to leave my career, I do want to take this more seriously and your videos have definitely helped. Thank you Justin! From Melbourne Australia
Ahhhhh my business brain loves this so much I love the listing goals (and actually love listing, which is actually my downfall since I should have other people doing it while I do other business manage-y things) Also I think a 16% sell through rate is incredible. We barely get 6%, and I do spend a lot of time trying to source items that are in demand. I believe there are some barriers I can't control such as being in Canada as a lot of US buyers prefer to buy from within the US and I am sure this hurts us as well as the higher shipping costs we have to endure here. Thankfully we have a fairly high Average Selling Price. These are AWESOME tips for resellers. Great video.
Awesome video Justin, thanks for sharing. I'm going to adopt your time saving methods as it takes me too long to list & that prevents me from listing as much as I should.
Thank you for the whole video and especially the tidbit about the short cuts. Got mine set up this morning! I also thought everyone should know the Photography lights you are using and have the link for is on sale for $47 from $55!
I felt like I sat in a math class completely confused. But then it clicked. Thank you so much for this video. It made a ton of sense! One listing trick that works for me is taking a full day of just taking pics and saving them in drafts. That way if I am too tired to take pics, at least I can list.
I can relate. When it comes to numbers I have basically been a functional idiot my whole life. Learning from youtube these last 2 years has shown me a path to improve, this guy uses a smartphone but my ptsd issues wont tolerate it (no phones) so I also take the photos on a regular camera, edit then go to my items 1 by 1 to list on a desktop. However I do add descriptions and dislike the idea of skipping it. I did not grasp his ES sold search trick, did you?
@Jeffreymart I'm sorry your math teachers failed to make it fun and failed, but am happy your are learning it. I have produced my listing's photos the same as you. It has been arduous, tons of slow work. Mine upload to Google, then I edit and download them to my laptop. I can then upload to my listing. Do you have a quick means of doing this? I'm going to try photographing via e-Bays app.
Thank you for this video. I am a new reseller and have used You Tube as my University to learn more. I am a data person as a former school improvement specialist and administrator. This is the BEST explanation bar none regarding listing I have found. I just found your channel and subscribed but all the videos I have watched so far are very insightful and helpful. Also- you always emphasize being a good human which is my number one core value. I wish you continued success. Thanks again!
Justin, I ran my metrics to set up a listing goal. As far as listing quickly, I used a couple of your tips as well which made things go more quickly. Thank you!
As always, thank you! I looked at my teeny tiny eBay room and thought, "He's right, but where am I gonna put all this inventory?" As a tip to speed up some listings, I've started using the AI feature. It does need some babysitting as it can get repetitive, but overall it saves me time. In the end, I do love the personal touch and try to set myself apart with information and stories on my products. I sell vintage home decor and having those tidbits of information for the seller is what I would want as a buyer.
I have stuff from departed loved ones to sell. I've crafted elegant descriptions but am way too slow. I'm thinking of a quick standard description as in this video, to expedite the process and revise where necessary for items that aren't selling. The exception will be collectables or valuable traitscthat aren't obvious. Any thoughts?
You absolutely killed it with this content. Everything made sense, and I will incorporate a lot of what you laid out. The only thing I won't do is free shipping on large items. Small items I do free shipping because the chances of being severely burned are miniscule. But I've been burned too many times on heavy or bulky ones. I will definitely look at your app once it's out. Keep it up, man! Awesome stuff!
@daniellittle5516 Thank you. 44 H X 2 X 25 in. IDK the weight. My guess is between 10 and 25 lb, much less than a 45lb bag of dog food - 😆. I'm not able to weigh it now, and have to prepare my tax returns, that are due tomorrow.
you are certainly the best i've seen yet in actual numbers and how to reach realistic , not imaginary goals. i am on a halt in buying now until i get my basics correct as a reseller. Thank you!!! just saw you today.
Just by watching ALL of this video, I reckon I will halve the time it takes me to list! Also, brilliant info on achieving your end goal. This really helped, cheers mate!
So do you not put any description in at all? To share for anyone else who might prefer my style. I sit at my unlisted shelf, grab an item, do a sell similar like you did, fill out the title, the specifics, shipping ect and save a draft with no pictures, i put it in a tote and grab the next item, and repeat. I do this until i have 30-50 saved drafts then sit that tote aside. Usually a day or 2 later (i have 6 kids so i have to work around schedules) i bring that tote out and set up my lighting, i make a new folder on my phone titled the date, then i photograph everything in the tote and save all the pictures in that folder. From there i add pictures from the folder to the already saved drafts and send them live. I do 10 per day and once the tote is fully listed i repeat with another 30-50.
I use a standard pre-written template for my description on all items as shown in the video, but nothing beyond that. Sounds like our listing process is pretty similar!
@brandondeakins564 I used to do what you do with regard to the photographs. Now, I open the draft of the eBay listing and take the photos directly on the draft. I then save the draft and photograph directly onto the next listing. The next day (or two later, like you), I'm on my laptop to edit photos and add the description.
@@judithpride1690 This is what I do now. I used to take the pics in Google and then have to scroll through countless images to get to the ones matching my drafts. That was a real time suck.
@@justinresells Justin, I love the channel and your videos are very informative. When I shop on eBay I always read the description and appreciate when they tell a little bit more about the item, things like how it feels to the touch, the measurements, etc. When I sell, I prefer to do the same for the buyers. I know it's faster to use templates, but I guess, I try to see from the buyers' viewpoint.
I subscribed instantly 3 minutes in, omg I have failed so much on my store lol 5 sales in and I now see why I was not making the profits although I was packaging extensively. Thank you for your help! :D I understand more and more each day and I love reselling. This video really helped me I appreciate you mane! :D
Thank you SO much for breaking down your process the way that you do in this video Justin! I will be utilizing many of your techniques, with my own little tweaks here and there! Your video is just as valuable to someone just getting started, like myself, as it is to the more seasoned seller who wants to learn the metrics for the goal-setting required to grow their store to their desired size. Looking forward to testing out your beta software product. Thank you!
Excellent videos! Every single video is so very helpful! AND you teach REAL stuff about selling on eBay. You have one of the few channels that is absolutely NOT bullshit! Many blessings!
Free shipping is the only way to go, unless it is an extremely rare case. It is a mental block for so many sellers, and I cannot wrap my head around how people do not know that there is no difference between free shipping and charging for shipping. The only difference is that you will get more sales, and more visibility if you are offering free shipping. You run your business more like me than any other reseller on here, and I can relate to that a lot. Keep it going, your growth on TH-cam will come.
Hey Justin! Thanks for all the helpful content. Would you consider doing a 'how to' video on setting up the browser search keywords you mentioned plus any other keyboard shortcuts you may use? Well, nevermind, I just glanced above and saw that you provided us a link for that - thanks sooo much!
Thank you for sharing your listing process. I hate listing on my phone but it's a pain to download photos from my phone to my laptop. I hadn't thought about saving the listing as a draft and just doing the photos in my phone. So much easier. This will make things so much easy. I'm relatively new at this and have been wanting to list more but it seems to take me a longer time on my phone. Thanks again for sharing!!
Thank you so much for this video. Found you a couple of days ago and am already implementing things in all of my years of reselling just never considered before. So, thank you. Take good care.
Great information I am new to this just sold my 22nd item today I have another 40 listed as I am learning and I am looking to branch out a bit. I really like how you handle your description!!
New subscriber here after watching this video. I really appreciate the explanation of the numbers. I've been doing eBay for a year and not very consistently. Up until this video I didn't know my profit margin or sell through rate. Now I understand 40% profit margin and 7.5% sell through rate. Both on the lower side but I need to do 5 a day (listings not vegetables) to meet my next target which I have already started doing. So good to know I'm on track. Keep up the great content.
This video is incredible. I’ll need to watch again more carefully but amazing content. Thank you so much for how much you care that we all succeed!!!! Subscribed!
I too had rather list than source. So it's good to see I'm not the only one. (Love the typo. I'm from the deep south and had to stop trying to get dictation software to work for me. The preacher was tried of seeing me at the altar for text I had sent.)
@@alabamaflip2053 😂 I get overwhelmed sourcing -- 8 million things to consider, researching it all takes so much time! With lising I know what I'm doing and can move at a steady pace.
Normally, the data would bore me, but this was fasinating. Thank you for taking the time to explaine in a clear, concise way. I can't wait to implement this in my store.
Great video. I myself list 20 items a day. First sort 20 items from the rack. Make 20 short descriptions and size on a paper. Then picture all 20. Then list all without text . Just titels ans pics. Then the text and copy paste your signature text. Works for me and takes like 1 hour. Dividing the tasks will save time. Thanks for the spreadsheet. Needed that to set the goals more clearly.
Great video! I also include inventory management in my listing time: adding the item to my spreadsheet with associated details (purchase location, cost, date purchased, etc). Then, after selling, a quick update to that sheet as well. Also inventory assessment time and accounting for supplies and equipment purchased. It’s not much time but it will add time beyond just listing to a platform. This background of listing contributes to the not-fun nature of this step. Thank you for sharing your process - I’m going to try some of your tips!
Thank you, thank you thank you you're the only one that's answered and takes pictures through eBay I want to be that and now that I know you do that I'm so excited. Thank you.
Making my systems more efficient is my obsession. Your listing speed is amazing. I resell clothing and accessories, so providing measurements and 6+ photos slows me down. Do you ignore the 10K fields that ebay suggests to optimize search and just stick to the required? Very interesting that you don’t write a unique description! I suppose the majority of people don’t read it, so why waste the time? Thanks for your content! While it would be super fun to watch you and your wife thrift and or unpack hauls, your channel is so refreshing, helpful and regularly makes me and my husband chuckle.
You know that in clothing category, specifics and measurements are a must to avoid returns and be on the top searches . That is the category with the highest amount of returns.Said so by Ebay analytics.
OMG thank you for this video!!! the picture taking was my log jam start on the pc and end with the phone way easier!!! saved me hours .... subscribed. I use chat gpt for my description and this was the sticking point.
Revisit on this double thank you I hated the photo and listing part of this business but now not a big deal I am at ten a day with out taking a lot of time out of my day!!!
Thank you so much for sharing. This video was one of the most concise informative videos I've seen on goal setting and listing..... A two-for-one special! 😁
When researching the listings while in the store, I go ahead and decide on a price plus shipping and create my draft off of “sell similar”. So I have an almost finished template ready to go before I even sit down to list. So all that’s left to do is dial in SEO and AI creates most of the item description.
Hey Justin, I am a reseller on other platforms. I tried Ebay but I got hung up on the five listings max and learned that I needed a "store". I was researching TH-cam university when you popped up. I watched a couple of videos, and I am learning A LOT from you!! So much so that on Saturday October 22-23. I decided that I was going to dedicate today to watch as many of your videos as I could in one day. So far from your videos I learned that before I start the store, I should determine what products I have already that would have a high sell through rate and list those first to gain some sales and establish a foot print on Ebay. I also learned that I need to use promoted sales and set my sales for free shipping. Oh…and that MP algorithm thing you spoke on…. ADDED that to my tool of weapons!! One question, you said you do not like MP because of the logistics. What about their shipping part, where they are attempting to mimic Ebay and other platforms? Any thoughts on that? Thank you so much for your information!!! I am literally watching every video you have!! LOL Please keep up the great content!!! Sean from Atlanta
This was a fantastic video and very helpful. I am going to try this method to save time. Side note I just had to do my OKRS for my job AND my boss didn't even read them.
Excellent video!! Love an analytical mind. I was roughly doing this in my head. Thank you for sharing your process. I will be implementing these strategies.
Thanks for the video. It’s always helpful to see someone else’s listing process. A question: why don’t you allow offers on some of your items? I also noticed that you had a ton of ‘send offer’ opportunities that you haven’t taken - surely sending offers out to potential buyers would yield more sales; that’s how I get a large chunk of my sales.
Thanks for watching! I have offers turned on for some things but not all. As for send offer opportunities, i let them build up and then send out offers all at once. usually once every week or two
Instead of calculating the number of listings per day I need to achieve my sales goal, I calculate the $ per day I need to list. This $ per day is adjusted every day by subtracting my year-to-date net profit from my annual goal ($100K), dividing that by the number of days left in the year, and then dividing the result by my average sell through rate. This motivates me to list in order of biggest $ items to smallest. Also, I get a new revised $ listing goal each day based on the actual running total of sales.
Love this video Justin. Great job.. Do you ship products by what eBay advises you to? Or do you set your own shipping costs? My shipping costs are very high per month around 54%. I set for $8.99 shipping costs.. But I'll make a couple bucks on shipping as well.. Is that wrong? But people don't mind paying the costs. But I think that's why it's showing my shipping costs are so high? What should be the average on shipping cost percentage of total sales?
Speed is also my goal. "Buy Back Your Time" (Dan Martell) is important to me and any success. Copied your sheet for calculating listing goals. Subscribed to Flipwise. Wish me success.
This is what I was looking for. Thanks for the breakdown and the spreadsheet, and I'll be keeping my eye out for that software you're working on. Thanks again.
A good listing tip i have is to go to calculated shipping to get a feel of how much your item will cost to ship. It will give you a range from the lowest to the highest it will cost. Then you can charge a flat rate for it around the 60 percentile instead. Once you get a feel for shipping cost this is a good way to start figuring out the cost of shipping. This only works when you enter the dimensions of the package and weight before though. I do not follow his advice and eyeball shipping. Some locations will stop taking your packages if they are consistently off.
as always great video .. Started selling on ebay this year because of YOU and have made a few thousand $$$.. Thank you for your time and knowledge. Please keep making your videos. flippinj thanks you
This is an amazing video. Excellent snd straight to the point. Two questions how did you get the photos from your phone into the ad do quick? I missed something. Also what about measurements on the knee brace? (I measure everything)
Another great video, Justin! Thanks for sharing! Do you happen to have a video on setting up your business policies? I’ve heard a lot of resellers talk about how much of a time saver they are but they confuse me.
wow I used to resell a few years ago but stopped because it took to much time, your system seems like it would help me alot. i might retry this reselling thing one more time
Great video Justin!…very simple and informative. Using both the website and the app simultaneously to do a listing has been my approach as well. They each have benefits. Surprised you don’t offer a description…does this not increase buyers messaging you about item information?
WOW very impressive. I like the listing speed and agree that you need to have a few shortcuts to get you listed fast. I am brand new as of this AM, any sugggestions about actually shipping with the labels and QR codes? Also I am waiting on a few shipping envelopes, is it ok to use something that I already have saved from a purchase I made. Thanks, you are a wealth of information.

I also make my thrifting time contingent on popping out new listings, so I don't walk into a thrift store unless I've met my listing minimums that day, good motivation.
thank you!
Thanks!!!
Thank you!
Thank you, Justin. Your videos are so clear and concise. I do the same but I do 5 at a time, trying to break down my "death pile" .
Love your videos! Concise, educational, and no gimmicks or clickbait.
Concise? Did we watch the same video? He doesn't even start talking about listing until after 12 minutes in.
I sub'd :)
@@justinresells thanks! And yeah that was my thought in the channel too. Looking forward to your next one!
True, I would much rather buy a crypto gift card from eBay with my credit card 😁
Justin... you are a God among men.
Don't forget the other oft heard advice "don't ever promote" your listing.
Can you explain this shortcut more. I like what I'm hearing but confused on how to set up
This was a great video and as a former retail manager with a business degree I appreciate all the "boring" numbers, made great sense to me.
Just what I needed as a new reseller. Thank you Justin for taking the time to explain everything in such a concise easy to understand manner.
Ahhhhh my business brain loves this so much
I love the listing goals (and actually love listing, which is actually my downfall since I should have other people doing it while I do other business manage-y things)
Also I think a 16% sell through rate is incredible.
Great video! Good too see a content creator breaking down the “knowing your business” along with the knowledge.
Justin, I ran my metrics to set up a listing goal. As far as listing quickly, I used a couple of your tips as well which made things go more quickly. Thank you!
good work! let me know how it goes.
Me too. I love well written descriptions as a seller and a buyer.
@@vaderladyl I've since abandoned the AI descriptions. My voice is my brand and I'm going to be true to myself ❤️
This is probably your most useful video yet! Great job!
As a full time accountant and part time reseller, this was music to my ears!
hey, thanks!
As another accountant, super part time reseller, I agree
It’s incredible how much I’m learning from your channel. Every question I had was answered in this video or another. Thank you!
thanks for watching!
How do you ship big items, please? I have a tiered table, I don't know how to package so it is protected, yet affordable to ship.
@marcellabrowning315 What are the dimensions and weight?
@daniellittle5516 Thank you. 44 H X 2 X 25 in. IDK the weight. My guess is between 10 and 25 lb, much less than a 45lb bag of dog food - 😆. I'm not able to weigh it now, and have to prepare my tax returns, that are due tomorrow.
you are certainly the best i've seen yet in actual numbers and how to reach realistic , not imaginary goals. i am on a halt in buying now until i get my basics correct as a reseller. Thank you!!! just saw you today.
Sir, you just won a subscriber. Keep up the good work and thank you.
@@madmax8620 I can't answer your photo storage question. Use of a computer is simply personal preference.
Thanks for subbing!
@@justinresells you’re welcome!😄
Thank you SO much for breaking down your process the way that you do in this video Justin! I will be utilizing many of your techniques, with my own little tweaks here and there! Your video is just as valuable to someone just getting started, like myself, as it is to the more seasoned seller who wants to learn the metrics for the goal-setting required to grow their store to their desired size. Looking forward to testing out your beta software product. Thank you!
Love, love, love your data driven advice! Calm, clear, and immensely helpful - THANK YOU!!!
Thank You for always explaining things clearly, concisely and in an easy to understand manner.
The illusion of free shipping. Buyers love that.
Hey Justin! Thanks for all the helpful content. Would you consider doing a 'how to' video on setting up the browser search keywords you mentioned plus any other keyboard shortcuts you may use? Well, nevermind, I just glanced above and saw that you provided us a link for that - thanks sooo much!
Justin, lol, you are , well, just smart. Thank you for your time and knowledge.
Please note: At 14 mins - Justin began to list an item on eBay. Start here if you don’t need background information.
Great information I am new to this just sold my 22nd item today I have another 40 listed as I am learning and I am looking to branch out a bit. I really like how you handle your description!!
Hi Justin. I found your video very helpful. When you broke down the numbers it just made sense and put clarity on everything.
glad to hear, thanks for watching!
Thank you, the tedious part was very needed! It is quite nice to know how to get to where I want to be, thank you again.
This video is incredible. I’ll need to watch again more carefully but amazing content. Thank you so much for how much you care that we all succeed!!!! Subscribed!

I love how you break things down for the layman.
I'm that weirdo who loves lusting more than sourcing. 😂
👀 Interesting typo lol😅
@@journey565 OMG 🤣 LISTING!
loving to lust is okay too
I too had rather list than source.
Glad it was helpful!
Bravo sir this is a home run of a video thank you so much for what you are doing
Thank you.
Looking forward to checking out the spreadsheet with my own numbers! Thanks man. I make reseller videos too but mine are usually “what NOT to do” 😂😊
This was so crazy helpful! Thank you so much. Getting a notebook out to work out what I need to do. Solid goals are so very helpful.
@@vaderladyl Measurements are a must for sure. Some of the other specifics seem redundant when easily depicted in photos and brief narrative.
Very dynamic video, to the point, informative. I wish most youtubers were like this. Thank you
Great video, thank you. I love the metrics to breakdown the monthly results. I will stay tuned in.🤓
Thank you. I’m impressed that you don’t put in measurements, guess at shipping and net 5k a month.
Can’t wait to beta test! 😊
If its free shipping it doesn't make a difference.
My scale is at the listing table, so I can more accurately judge my weights.
When researching the listings while in the store, I go ahead and decide on a price plus shipping and create my draft off of “sell similar”. So I have an almost finished template ready to go before I even sit down to list. So all that’s left to do is dial in SEO and AI creates most of the item description.
Very helpful! Thanks for the shortcut how to link in the desc!!!! Game changer typing in the e and es for comp info. Awesome!!!
One of the best reselling videos that I have ever watched. Great breakdowns and realistic approach to reselling. Thank you!
Appreciate the kind words!
LOL
Please keep up the great content!!!
Sean from Atlanta
thank you for watching! I am just not a huge fan of Facebook as a seller so I just ignore it.
So straightforward and informative! Thank you for being no nonsense and straight to the point!!! I'm so glad I found you!
This was a fantastic video and very helpful. I am going to try this method to save time. Side note I just had to do my OKRS for my job AND my boss didn't even read them.
Thanks for watching! And of course your boss didn't read them - they never do!
As for send offer opportunities, i let them build up and then send out offers all at once. usually once every week or two
@@justinresells Thanks for replying. I’m looking forward to your app!
I was 9 mins in this video and knew it was EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW ! Thank you
Instead of calculating the number of listings per day I need to achieve my sales goal, I calculate the $ per day I need to list.
Great video.Your home and basement is lovely. Lucky guy!
Excellent video. On point. Fastest way to learn how to list fast!
Thank you! Great demo & tips! I usually list from the app but now I know how to do it from my laptop.
Thanks for your support! You got this.
Please keep making your videos. flippinj thanks you
Excellent, clear and concise delivery of this info! I am starting to list my first items this monday. Thank you for making this video. Subbed!
Great video! Thank you for the motivation!!
I don’t, sorry!
My first time seeing one of your videos and this is awesome!
Probably one of the best videos I’ve seen on this topic (and I’ve watched a lot!)… #s & formulas, not merch recaps. Well done 👍
thanks!
12:11 …than what most people do, which is nothing. 😂😂😂 Comedic timing perfected. Love your stuff.
Thanks! My tip is to source items that you know something about already. For me it's glass, pottery, china etc. Saves on a lot of research time.
wow I used to resell a few years ago but stopped because it took to much time, your system seems like it would help me alot. i might retry this reselling thing one more time
Great video Justin!…very simple and informative.
