This is not quite a plant base dish because it has 2 eggs and some sourcream. Also, some sugar. But, with a cup of zucchini in it, it's not that bad. Wishing you the best with your health. My mother passed away from cancer, so I have to watch as well. I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, and just one slice of desert per week. Wishing you the best!!!!
@donnadumont3506 p.s. sorry ....I dont eat meat only on rare occasions....I used looong time ago a recipe with chicken tights in crock pot with a lot of garlic gloves, some oil,, a little white wine....and added sourcream at the end.
