    Easily the best video I have seen on UX Research... You literally took a deep dive into all the process involved and not just surface level conversation. Definitely sharing. Thank you so much.

    Thank you sooo much for this amazing content and resources!!! very detailed, I'm new to learning UX research and I've read articles on research process and I'm grateful you split things up and shared templates for each step in the process. It really helps me visualize everything and I now have better knowledge on it. Thank you !!! I'm hoping I can learn more from you during my journey

    Thank you so much for this. Everything is so well organized! I just started the Google UX course and I was confused since they sent you directly to make interviews and build personas without all this research... I was like wait, based on what?, what is the purpose?, what should I ask? and so on.

    • @kantaroberts
      @kantaroberts 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Right! I was thinking the same thing. This Google UX Course is a mess...It has left me so confused about the UX process. I knew something was off when they left the research plan for the 4th course. Who knows...maybe wasn't meant to be linear but it's very confusing at the moment.

    Hey idk if youll see this but the research plan link allows people to edit it and its appears to be messed up. the "research plan for ads campaign application" portion is copied and pasted onto every page interrupting other sections.

    Hi Estie, In theory, I've just finished an advanced ux course, even though I wasn't sure about the process. Then.. I've found you! You're great. Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge. It's explained in an understandable way. It's a fantastic process that you detail so well. Not all the designers are as open as you are. You've got one more follower today. By the way, I really loved the music as well. : ) Regards from Chile

    Hi Estie! Love your content! 🤩🤩 I am myself in this field too and been looking to see what you could recommend in terms of the laptop. As a UX Researcher and Designer I wonder if you would recommend to have a 14inch or 16inch laptop to work on when doing a daily tasks, such as conducting or analysing the research? 🌻

    • @EstieChoi
      @EstieChoi  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Aw thanks! 14inch should be good. If you need a bigger screen, you can always get a monitor!

    Question: How do you find people to interview for a very niche product? Thanks

    • @EstieChoi
      @EstieChoi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      For passion projects like this, I asked around my personal social circle. If that doesn't work out, then I went on IG and asked around. Oh & I’ve seen designers reach out to niche fb groups, discord channels, LinkedIn, etc too.

    • @EstieChoi

      Tysm ❤️And yes, the overall concept is a lot more like an affinity map. Just discovering patterns and building empathy points is all that's different. :)

    you are doing a competitive analysis of the companies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and I am very confused why you would put "increase subscription costs with Netflix" as a weakness. For anything they are making more money because people are still paying for their services. You haven't even looked at their pricing / revenue model and you are already jumping into conclusion that this is their weakness...
