Most likely they will get bought out by another entity and the boss's position will no longer exist so he will no longer have a job. A mass exodus of a huge investor is the last thing a struggling company needs. And to anyone who says "The dad might not retaliate for firing his daughter!"? Stop watching TH-cam videos. The real world very rarely works like how they portray it.
