As some one who was born and raised in Welland and moved away, the beauty of Welland is still there but no jobs, high drug issues, and now all the beauty of it is being eaten by Toronto half a million for Welland is nuts

Like working at a call center? Niagara is the place for you! Speaking as a former resident Welland's best days are behind it. Half a million to live in Welland? Give your head a shake! Number 1 pro to living in Welland: access to the QEW. You'll need it to drive to your job OUTSIDE of the bedroom community that is Niagara.

Lived in Niagara from 1986 to 2011. Im a totally northern gal. But Welland is gone crazy since i left. I pray for my grandkids there. N children. I bought my first house there , n still in the familyn miss for pizza sakes subs .

Pros: It's cheaper than the GTA.
Cons: It's cheaper because there are no jobs.

the old annex building burned...apt was broadcasting snuv films so just as well...if you cant stand up for the natives your parasiting off the laundering has to go back upwards i guess, your home security will be run by the HA associates figurehead, and so on and so on and so on

5th generation Wellander, Nice self promoting. Apparently you have no clue on the people who built Welland from the sweat of their labour. Every Ontario town of equal population has issues of rise and decline in the post manufacturing era.
You have about as much taste as Holopchi with plastic filling.
