Hmmm... Anik in an interview said that there was a "recalibration' of scales. Per Scales in dressing rooms they were on. Chandler weighs in at 156 Ferguson at 155.5. All told, including heavyweights, 22 fighters were .5lb to 1lb over their fighting weights. Something is off in AZ and it's not just the scales.

@@kewltony The point I made is NOT THAT 22 FIGHTERS MISSED WEIGHT, but, that 22 fighters were over weight by either .5 to 1lb.. Now obviously there were not 11+ title fights so COURSE THEY DIDN'T MISS WEIGT. The point was that that was an unusual number of fighters to be off by those amounts, as most fighters like to come in at weight especially those who are contenders. THEY DO NOT LIKE TO COME OVER EVEN BY .5. Now this is the second time you've missed my point. The first one due to your lack of understanding how scales work, and on this one, well... You just missed the point.

They drink distilled water only to flush the body, cut all carbs, sweat suits doing intense cardio. Sauna. It's why low carb diets are popular cause people see 10 pounds off the scale but it's just water, fighters just do it at a very accelerated rate, and yes it's very dangerous you could easily die if you go to far shutting down your organs.
