Its called visual imagery. I first read about that as it was written by chuck Norris. Back in his days of tournament fighting, he would watch other fighters and visualize and mentally rehearse how he would respond to certain to movements by his future opponents. As a tournament fighter myself, he was correct.

Since November, I haven’t done everything to survive, I did everything to live, I was 47KG with 1.82 meters, I’m now with 70 Kg with 1.85 meters, and I still struggle to control my confidence, my anxiety, my depression, and my narcissistic personality … I may be a lonely guy, but I have never felt better than today!
Telling myself what I have done, has given me strength to carry on, and now I see anxiety and depression, as a gift from God(and from my own soul), without it, I would keep being that stupid kid, giving excuses day-by-day…

What makes you give yourself all those all those negative labels? At some point, when you are tired of those beliefs, you are ready to kill your old self and be reborn into something new. Something strong, composed, loving, and balanced.

TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is dropping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems. We were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps, narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market.
