If you forgot admin password then need to reset by login supervisor. User name : supervisor Password : blank/no password or 123 or 1234 or admin or 12345 If not common, need to replace NVRAM.
@ricoh.support i tried to change nvram ! . is there anything looks like it , and its dangerous to replace wrong one, because there are actually 3 of these memories, there are 2 on the upper board and there are 2m-1 and 2m-2 on them , when i replace one of them or i switch them and then turn on printer then restart , it asks me to put new supervisor password and new admin password and i do , then i connect printer only by wifi , and can not print, can not connect it to computer or to phone because there is x mark on the QR code, a lot of settings options are missing, and printer name mp2555 instead of mp 4055 , do you think i messed it up ?? I just did restart after i got the code before you sent the link in comments

This is not any app. If you forgot admin password, Log in supervisor then reset admin password, that's it. I log in from web image monitor for better view.

Now the only way is replace the NVRAM to reset admin, supervisor's Password & total counter also.
