It was helpful. But after I changed the server DNS. It doesn’t work now. Now I cannot access the Ricoh on my browser
Question, if I set up an email address specific to the copier, can someone send an email to that address and it auto print? If so do I need to leave the pop3 "on" for that? or how would I set that up?
I never found a good reason why you would want to receive emails to a copier.... Keep it off
How to configure to onperm exchange
Now that gmail has removed the less secure feature, is the a way around this? Or using a different service provider? Outlook maybe? Appreciate the content by the way

thanks for your very well explanation but after may, 30 of 2022 we cannot use the option on google account to turn on the less secure app access because they eliminate that option. on my case I cannot receive any email from the RICOH MP C2503. Just I can scan any documento en send it by my own ethernet network.
go back to my channel and search how to set up scan to email on ricoh. there you will find the updated video showing you how to set it up after the major google security update!
It is still not scanning.
Less secure app access is no longer available on Gmail. Is there a fix for this? Scanner stopped scanning to email.

As of May 2022, Google does not give you the option to turn on less secure app access. How can I get around this as I cannot scan to my email address? Thanks

i haven't been able to get past the 2 step verification which removes the less secure apps option. best thing to do is open a new gmail account and don't select 2 step
It doesn't work on my Ricoh MP C2500... it says the transmission failed. I changed the DNS to Google's and used both port settings. None of them worked.
Most likely you need updated firmware

i did everything in the tutorial (thanks) but it still says "can't connect to DHCP server (101)" :( not sure what i'm doing wrong
there's no connection to your modem/routher and copier. make sure the line going to the copier is live and working
When ever I set DHCP to be activate, it goes back to Inactive
It shouldn't happen. Try firmware update then try again

I want to add my smtp setting for office 365. Is it possible to use my office 365 smtp server?????
I don't see why not. if it doesn't work it can be caused my many different factors and that's when the fun start......trying to figure out why it doesn't work. good luck!

I still cannot print to email. I used my gmail password and the error i keep receiving is "Authentication with the destination has failed, Check settings. To check the current status press |Scan Files Status|.
