Where can I get the fusing sleeve unit for the IM C2000
Can you recommend a method for installing a Universal Print driver? On the "simple package creation" page, I would like to use PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print but you are then forced to choose a specific model. Ideally this driver will be pushed out to multiple sites with different Ricoh models. Is there a way to bypass that second stage, as currently it looks to be mandatory to choose a specific model. TiA

Hello and thank you for the video unfortunately now it doesn't use/print the colour black wich was the source of the error initially.
SC362-01 is for black Development unit, SC362-02 is for cyan Development unit, SC362-03 is for Magenta Development unit, SC362-04 is for Yellow development unit.

This fuse is available in the box of Fusing sleeve unit. Or you could try with another way Connect 02 cables with non contact thermistor's connector then keep touching and disconnecting both cables and keep trying SC reset 5810002# If you try this process, you could successfully reset this error code after trying 4-5 or more times.
