- This fall, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and National Geographic are bringing the Birds-of-Paradise Project to the public. Get an advance look now...and witness diverse strategies of evolution at work and experience one of nature's extraordinary wonders - up close.
The thumbs downs are for not giving credit to the Creator of these beautiful birds. My praise goes to YHWH who created ALL and in HIM I have my breath. Being in awe of these magnificent birds and then saying that 'evolution' is the reason they exist is having eyes to see yet not seeing at all. Hopefully they'll give thanks to the ONE who created these birds and share their true findings one day.

When we witness God's poetry in all its splendor we are bereft to find human words to describe the experience. We must sit and allow it to flow over us in quietude and awe to appreciate that we have the consciousness to experience it. How great Thou art.
Am breathless at all the beauty found in Paradise ! The show of color, display of wings, puffed out chests plus all the different dances is amazing . The songs they sing that ring out so clearly throughout the forest is also music to your ears ! I was only sorry when this presentation ended !
I cannot imagine the time and dedication it took to film these magnificent birds. It was an absolute pleasure to view

Thank you for making a film showing these remarkable and elegant birds in their natural habitat. It means that so many more people will see these birds and appreciate them without having to impact their place on this planet. Kudos to those boys out their collecting all this film footage, it takes special people to record this without impacting the subjects negatively. They allow us to see what we will never get to see in person. Photography is truly one of the greatest inventions of our world.

I started reading the comments looking for some ideas that could express the overwhelming beauty that can be witnessed through such a fantastic work as this one...But sadly only came across a discussion about faith and science...Its so bitter to read the way people try to convince others instead of only accepting and admiring a wonderful work and achievement, if this guys says that´s evolution , lets watch and hear what they are going to show, and enjoy!!!...

Wow. I thought I was watching the fantasy land. This really gave me more curiosity and appreciation toward those mind blowing birds and videographers/photographers who dedicated their lives to this.

Beautiful. I've mostly seen still pictures here and there. Sometimes an isolated video clip. The sights and sounds are incredible. Some of these birds made me laugh with their antics but then be awe stricken by their beauty! The photography and dedication is inspiring. Great job to the men and keep on displaying and dancing to the birds. Thank you Cornell Lab of Ornithology for making this possible.

Great response! The first thing I thought of was how God must have created these birds to show the world He is the Creator. We both know evolution has no chance in explaining how these birds over millions of years slowly transformed into what we see in this video. DNA is also a great example of Gods work, that can't be explained by evolutionists without sounding like they're making it all up. Glad to see someone else out there who has common sense.

Oh my I never in my life expected to see such beauty. they are truly lovely and I wonder why too, do they spread their wings and dance like that,is it to attract the male, it doesn't seem to frighten the other bird away. This is wonderful, I truly loved this.

Wow! I have long been a lover of birds and their characteristics, their foibles and their little personalities. I am the proud owner of a 32-year-old little parrot whom I love to death. Seeing these stunning creatures has just made my day in a way that nothing has for a long time. Thank you for your hard work in putting this together and I hope people will not be going in there and ruining things for them.
