I raised so many complaints but nothing happened, i call on customer care daily but they only say yes Sir we understand we are sorry and blah blah but they actually don’t care. To raise the complaint they ask you to revert on their mail by providing details of your id proofs and photos of the product, which they don’t receive ever and they just reject your refund saying “ we haven’t received your mail sir in 48hours so we rejected your refund request”. I mean once i sent them mail on the wrong mail id and they just received it and mailed me back that “your mail is rejected because you have sent it to the wrong mail address” i mean just look at it. They received the wrong mail but they haven’t received the correct one? I SERIOUSLY DON’T RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD APP AND IF YOU DO THEN FIRST OPEN THE PARCEL IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY MAN, IF THE ORDER YOU RECEIVED IS WRONG THEN DO NOT PAY AND ASK THE DELIVERY MAN TO TAKE THE PARCEL BACK.
