I do alot of custom paint on bikes. I do have to give it to you, that's one of the best looking tanks I've ever seen. It's just really well put together, colors are on point.
Did you use imitation leaf or real 24K leaf? I heard the imitation stuff might not work as well as real gold leaf and I'm going to be attempting this in a few weeks.

Any chance you would do a step by step on how to actually lay the tape out, pressure to use, how to form the curves etc. Have tried to copy from what others do in their tutorials but haven't found anybody doing a step by step for the taping out yet. Love your work mate. Came to your stuff after watching Del boys real flames series.

So clean... I use the Candy20 paint for this, try it out, best candy I've used to date
They are pretty good, but I prefer the solvent base as it gives me more transparency

I used green fine line tape. It's unbranded, but same thing as J tape. Works relaly well. Stick to 3mm and less :)

People usually don't wet sand with 3000 when they sand down the clear before the next step. It's an important step to get the best color and sparkle.
