What is your vision? - I think for me, when I envision where I want to be in the future, I have a stronger sense of urgency to get there. Where do you see your self in 5 years and what does that person look like. Are you making the necessary plans to get there?
Read, Read, Read! - Reading is essential to progress in this profession. There is so much to understand and learn about leadership and management styles. If you see yourself there in future start reading about it now.
