    Thanks for saving my horse,it's incredible how quickly the cinch works.i didn't sedate the horse just put them on and within hours she was a different animal.You have to see it to believe it. This mare is a retired racehorse and can be hot at times,she didn't mind getting the cinches put on.Thanks again.

    This seems to work very nice. My heart melted when I saw that horsey. She looked so dozy, so calm and sleepy.

      It says at 11:18 that she’s been given sedation. It’s for the horses safety while having an unfamiliar procedure

    . There is no cure for founder. Subject horse is pony with mild laminitis. Rotated 12 degrees. Followed all the instructions after 16 weeks. Had x-rays, no change. To me this is cruel to give people false hope.
    We also applied soft ride boots. This gave the horse immediate relief. I would highly recommend soft-ride boots for foundered horses. My opinion is that hoof cinch is worthless.

    that's not a bad idea.... I wish we had something like this in Germany. my horse has slightly foundered (coffin bone is sliiiiiightly rotated and sunk) and I put him on hay immediately when I saw his hoof had changed. I also want to have him checked for equine metabolic syndrome cause even when I worked him every day on dressage, he was a little bit rounder than the average sport pony, even with just a hay diet and a few hours of grass and daily training. He will be getting orthopaedic horse shoes today and I'm kinda nervous because he's been barefoot for the last 12 years 😱😟
    I mean even if I cant ride him anymore I just want him to be okay and have a nice retirement and be able to take walks with me (he's 18)

    The hoof cinch is a lot like an evangelist that knows only one of the 10 commandments

    I might Try this on a QH mare that's extremely foundered and has some very thin bone structures to go with the bad situation

    How much sedation was used on this horse? Horse has had its head down the entire time of the video very abnormal .

    • @kirstenjohnston7116
      @kirstenjohnston7116 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not really. I give my horse only 2 ml of a 10% solution and in a minute his head drops. Normal dosage vets gives is 5 ml

    In my experience founder once you take the root cause away that caused the founder in 6 weeks along with proper hoof care the inflammation is gone.
    Founder is a gut issue. Ive pulled my own horses out of founder/lamintic episodes & abscesses overnight.
    There will be a line on the hoof regardless of the hoof cinch. It's the founder line. False hope you are selling here with that apparatus.
