Ingredients for the cake batter:
→ 1 large egg at room temperature.
→ 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (175g) granulated sugar.
→ 4 tbsp (60ml) vegetable oil.
→ 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk.
→ 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
→ 1+3/4 cups (225g) all-purpose flour, sifted.
→ 2 tsp (10g) baking powder, sifted.
→ 2 cups (200g) blueberries (fresh or frozen).
