- Last night I said goodbye to the best friend I’ve ever had. I’m not just saying that, Chief really was my best friend. Not only was he the first dog that I got on my own but he was so unique. It was almost like an incredibly goofy human was trapped inside a Labradors body. He was and is so different from any dog I’ve ever met and that’s why he’s so irreplaceable.
Chief you made my life so special. You were my party dog in college. We did everything together. Hell you even went to vidcon with me and got more attention than I did haha. You came to work with me on a regular basis. You even slept in my Bed for the majority of your life. We went on a bunch of trips, we visited 12 states together. You loved to swim, play tug of war, and smell everything in sight especially flowers. You also loved small dogs and butterfly’s. You also loved your momma. Your the dog that made us a family. Life will never be the same without you buddy. You will always be my best friend. I love you Chief

It’s been two months since you passed on, precious Chiefy Boy. All the videos that you were ever featured in, is an everlasting reminder of what an adorable & loyal doggo you were. There will never be another exceptional boy like you...gentle in spirit but a heart full & rearing to have fun. You have left your stamp in all the lives you touched, both in real life & virtual. lost my lab last year. we had to put her down due to tumors because she was suffering. When she got put down and hours after that I was bawling. But later on I stopped being sad about it because I realized that all her pain is gone. She has all she could ever dream of now!! But I too truthfully know how hard it is to lose a dog. God bless

god bless! My dog is now 12, has heart disease due to grain-free food I fed him for years - thinking it was healthier. Now, doing what I can so his issues subside. My dearest baby- couldn't be blessed by God more than having him in my life. Heaven has dogs, since they are already angels on earth. I hope you see your beloved someday, sharing eternity. As, I pray this for my time -down the road, as I will be torn up when God decides to take him. Pray he's looked after until we re-unite. (Beautiful video!!)

I know it’s hard to lose your best friend I’ve been there myself I lost a black lab named Pepsi 5 years ago and the pain is still there it never goes because it’s unconditional but the one thing I know is that they never really leave you they stay with us forever so you haven’t lost him Dawson he’ll be by your side forever .He loves you as much as you did him he’s a very special boy loved by millions a famous baby and now he’s out of pain and enjoying home

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

I'm new to your channel and even that made me cry, i'm so sorry for your loss. I know how u and ur family feel losing a family member, your bestfriend it's hard. I had a Siberian husky who would aid me and be there with me for a long time growing up. Until I found he had cancer in his back leg, and because of it he retired as a service dog and his cancer was just getting sadly worse, so he crossed the doggy bridge in heaven. I know that pain of missing a animal. But thru it all your strong and just like bailey from a dogs purpose, your buddy will come back as another doggy and protect u. With everything

I really hope to never experience this I know they'll die one day but I can't imagine lossing my sweet chocolate lab sage from cancer. I wish they lived as long as us.

As a lab owner i can surely appreciate all the sentiments you conveyed in your tribute. Chief looked so happy in the last video i watchedb I'm in shock. It's not fair that doggos have such a short time with us. He was a great pup and thank you and Garrett for sharing his craziness with all of us. He'll be missed by many.

I can't believe this. We just saw Chiefy at the sleepover with Lucy & Princess. He looked good and was happy playing with the girls. This is so sad 😭😭😭😭😭. I'm sorry for your loss and it's a loss for us fans too. We loved Chiefy, gonna miss his cannonballs.

There’s no worse pain than losing a dear friend with four legs. I’ve had several labs from the same line. I adored every single one and my heart breaks for you. God Bless Chief. I’m truly sorry. My current pal is Bo, his brother Cooper and his sister Lucy. I don’t know what I would do without their love.

God doesn't make mistakes. Chief was suffering and getting put down was the best answer to stop his pain. We often blame bad things that happen to us on God. It's not God's fault. Everybody dies, it's part of life. I know we all loved Chief and are all crying right now but i'm just saying we can't blame it on God. God bless
