With all the craziness these days, it's so nice to see such a beautiful wholesome family. Keep up the great work. Sending love from California

I didn’t think I would have liked this post, but I just got mesmerized by all the different vehicles and your narrative was enjoyable. Thanks.

I''m not a motor-head, I'm not into car racing, don't know the first thing about car engines and what makes them go. But for reasons I don't begin to understand, I love watching Alexander's car videos - these shows, when he's restoring a car, it makes no sense how much I love any of his videos involving cars. But I do.

I couldn't help but cast appreciative glances at the battery located right next to the driver's seat of the Smeltzer Insurance vehicle. So handy! A few weeks ago I had to replace the battery in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and that battery is in the same location...but it's UNDER the passenger seat and behind a smaller battery that can be used to start the car after waiting at a light or whatever.
And what a clever transition you inserted when you cut from the race to the outro with you and Steven! I don't think I've seen one like that. Thanks for posting! 🙂

In the US, Esso was largely changed to Exxon years ago. My first credit card was a Standard Oil, which they were giving to college students in the 70s without credit check. On the back it had a list of companies where you could use it (sometimes with a sublist of states), all from the breakup of the original Standard. So you had Exxon, Sohio, Boron, American, and Esso in Canada.

Never seen seats like that on a Massey. Pretty certain those are also some kind of aircraft seat as well. Great fun video!

^5 on the BSA manual, and finding that Frankenbike! My late rail nut dad would have gone for it - steam powered. It sounds like a train, so close enough.

When I was a kid, I had a bucket full of random Legos. A few of them were longer white pieces with signs on them. I remember one of them said "Esso" on it, and none of us kids could ever figure out what it meant. Now I know!
