If you really want to talk about an anime/manga "falling off" there's Tokyo Revengers. Its first season was all over the internet when it was airing and hooked everyone who watched it, but then the latest season came and went and barely anyone talked about it. A lot of the fans didn't even know the newest season began airing. Coupled with the fact that the manga kinda takes a nosedive with an ending that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way, it just kinda fizzled out. Every now and then i just remember the series and get kinda sad

Ngl i do think MHA fell off but not from a popularity standpoint but from a writing standpoint the series has been out for almost 10 years and the only major improvement to me so far is the quality of the art, i used to love mha but i've also had a lot of issues with it over the years but the main issue that made me drop it all together was the underwhelming dynamic between deku and shigaraki, i've always felt there was no real emotional conflict in their dynamic. I feel nothing when they're on screen together, meanwhile whenever yuji and manito are on screen I can legit feel all the aggression & emotions mainly cause mahito really made yuji's life hell but hori doesn't let shiggy do the same to deku sadly imo
World Trigger is in my top 3 of all time! Sorry if it came off like a stray, I love the series a lot but whenever I mention it to friends they never know what it is and it shows how underrated it is in the West sadly

For me personally i gave up on MHA during the first war arc mainly because i thought the series would actually kill off important heroes that played a major role in the story to add more tension but instead they kill off heroes no one really cares about like crust & midnight, im not saying they need to kill everyone but the fake out deaths in a war arc of all things really made me realize the series just isn't for me but that's just my opinion but i don't think it ever fell off, i just think ppl's enjoyment for the series declined over the years when it comes to JJK i still read it but i don't enjoy it as much as i used to mainly because of the fast pacing post shibuya and the lack of character interaction but it also never fell off either similar to mha because both series are still being talked about everyday, hell both series have had collabs with fortnite which is currently the most popular video game in the world 😂

And considering there was no introspection for deku on that front, it just feels so hollow. Endeavor was a douche but the difference is that when he started to change, no one really forgave him right off the bat for what he’s done, he had to pay the consequences and especially now when everyone saw the truth of how bad he was at the start. His growth was done so much better and far more interesting

Wonder egg priority needs a second chance, they didn't even resolve the main conflict they setup. Mha's is a weird one the series released fewer volumes 2023 and sold about as well as it did in 2022, to me it seems like the series is called a falloff simply because its no longer the most popular show, despite being in the top 10. There is also the point that the animation isn't the best we've seen anymore. Mappa been cooking, with their employees under the stove what you expect.

Imho as a jjk fan i feel like gege has grown tired of jjk and wants to move on but he sacrificed so many potentially cool moments, i still dont really care if i wanted deep character writing ill go read a book or watch vinland saga, jjk was adapted like the bomb girl arc on csm is going to be id feel it would fix a lot of issues the manga has with pacing, also anime community try not to use buzzwords on twitter challenge( literally impossible)
