In India this sells for around 360 dollars on big sales and with credit card discounts in top it can drop upto 299 which is a quite good value in my opinion

@@LNLY-Link I am using it for about a month now, If you haven't brought it and thinking about buying it, then go for it as long as you don't want to play heavy games and also not really good option for animation but can go for drawing but not as good as ipad in terms of drawing and all, and for notetaking its a good one and also for media and web browsing as well, you can watch videos upto 2k quality and I am charging it for like once in 2-3 days, the battery is so good but I don't really use it the whole day, so it consumes less battery but it always be in my backpack. Overall you can for it without any issues, just make sure to get atleast 256gb of storage, either its cellular or just wifi is your choice.

Write down your notes in a proper notebook, buy good textbooks of respective subjects. You don’t need a tab to study medicine or for taking notes , you could watch informative anatomy videos even after first year but that you could do on your phone.

Loading new apps is a noticeable difference, and in dex - moving floating windows around will also be a bit glitchy, but working on the split screen view is fine. I don't know how much others are pushing it, but having TH-cam/chrome or TH-cam/Notion (or other note taking) is just fine. Ofc 10+ chrome tabs is going to be a hurdle.

You double tap it and it turns into an eraser, very smooth, I’ve been using it almost since it came out and it’s never ever had any issues or “glitches”. If you want to use it as a laptop, the the s9 fe is definitely better, ipad has a more powerful cpu for games like genshin impact, but the base storage sucks, and the 256gb is really expensive, also no sd card support, and if you need to buy the pen it's another cost. If you have an apple system, like iphone, macbook, etc... get the ipad. If you want a bigger device with a pen more storage and that actually works for multi-tasking like a laptop light, get the Samsung, specially if you have android phone and windows computer.
I was wondering about this as well... I got samsung phone and I love the Spen provided here but the processor is kinda weak and laggy sometimes. Apple A14 on Ipad 10 is more powerful and the Ipad OS have many apps that useful for my job. On the other hand the ipad 10 with usable storage (256gb) + pencil is far more expensive than this tab SE. No native functionality that would allow it to be used as an extended or mirror - so even with DEX it has NO way to connect an external display or act as an external display
Only using cast screen on this tablet will allow you to use it as a monitor ... I casted dex with my s 23 on my tab s9 fe ... it was not full screen but it worked ...but if you mean as a screen via hdmi no you can't.. actually all tablets in the market doesn't support reverse hdmi... the hdmi ports doesn't support in- signals only out ..😢😢😢i wish they do ...

The old dex is still there, u just need to long hold the dex icon to swap to the older dex mode

No real heating issues but if you have multiple tabs going for multitasking yes it will lag sometimes specifically when loading new apps.

Yes u can with second screen function for windows laptop
Only using cast screen on this tablet will allow you to use it as a monitor ... I casted dex with my s 23 on my tab s9 fe ... it was not full screen but it worked ...but if you mean as a screen via hdmi no you can't.. actually all tablets in the market doesn't support reverse hdmi... the hdmi ports doesn't support in- signals only out ..😢😢😢i wish they do ...

@@rameshgowda6525 i bought ipad 10 ... Two problems you can get .... Pencil is expensive.. 2nd .... Not in my case because i use less apps .. but storage will fill so fast i think and you can't use sd card ..... And you have to manage for many things if if are am Android user .. like sharing and app support... .. but yes .. and I dint bought samsung because I was getting it expensive... So I will suggest.. if you want good pencil support without any extra cost .. go for samsung near 30 31 k .. idk about heating and lag issue.. but I don't like Exynos idk why .. but if don't want pencil and can use 2k alternative apple pencil.. which don't have pressure sensitivity.. then go for ipad .. and storage issue tooo ... You have to manage storage many times ... .. and in samsung you get very good pencil... And some apps on ipad need money but not on Android i noticed this in Microsoft apps ...
it does get warm a little when charging with 45w, but no big deal, same with gaming. btw im using s9 fe not the plus
