Hello, the bread came out more like a Bread Crusted Sweet Potato filled PIE. The inside is semi-pie filling consistency. I followed all directions and had no substitutes. My oven works too. It’s still delicious. I will save the recipe to make it in a round pan so it’s presentable as a pie during the holidays, healthier crust :) any TIPS on what went wrong? Thanks

This recipe rocks. Just made a double recipe. I did part in a spring form and the balance in a log pan. Both came out amazingly.

I’m definitely making this. I definitely haven’t mastered gluten-free yeasted breads though.
Lupin is also great for making Gluten-free sweet breads. It's chick pea flour, so it browns nicely and has a slightly nutty flavor.

Your sweet potatoes probably had more moisture

The applesauce helps displace some of the fat and adds a little sweetness. I haven't tested any substitutes.
