HD 4350 here paired with a Core 2 duo. I remember playing many mmorpg games and first 3 4 AC games. Still working today like a champ, managed to play Mafia 1 last month.
I got it for my birthday from my dad it was my first ever graphics card! Good old memories! It was 12 years ago though. It had 2gb vram sapphire model.
I wouldn't expect a ten year old video card to be competitive with the newer ones, but I'm refurbing an old Dell Precision T3400 and the nVidia Quadro FX 3500 in the box now doesn't have Win 10 drivers so it looks awful. The PC's owner won't be playing games, but is budget constrained and just needs a decent card for browsing and business apps. I ended up picking up one of these since I could get it for $20 and it has drivers. It's quite interesting to see it actually can run some modern games. Thanks for the informative video.
I had the sapphire version and by adapting a fan to the heatsink it could run demanding AAA tittles like crysis or metro 2033 in middle graphics at 1024 x 768 quite decently, a good bargain option for a then broken highschool student like me. Mine lived an intense live till it died in 2016.
this was my first ever GPU, I used to play Minecraft with it all the time and it ran just fine, I've had it for 6 YEARS, and for any game other than Minecraft ran terribly, I even had a better version of the card than in the video, I currently have a GTX 750 ti and it's doing a pretty good job, I can run most triple A titles with 60+ fps, and most other game at medium-ish settings with 60 fps.
I have actually run Fortnite at 24p before on an Intel HD 2000. I have an old video of it on my other channel and it actually ran kinda decent like that, just it was hard to see much.
My first GPU: Powercolor Radeon HD 5450 1Gb Gddr3 (@400 MHz memory clock) on Intel C2D E7500 2gb and ddr2 Ram @400 Mhz. I played heavier graphic titles like GTA 4 (medium setting by overclocking GPU), Crysis 2 (lowest setting) and COD 4 (high setting) and many light graphic titles on this. It's still with me.
Actually my father has this graphics card. He had played half life 2 back than xD. After this video I want to play with my dad csgo or valorant xD. What do you mean??
In the first 2 weeks of the very first quarantine in early 2020 i was left with a FX8350 16gigs ram and this gpu(2gb version)! Was playing League of Legends 1024*768 70-100fps. Will never forget those nights, chilling with the boys in discord while playing flex games together. Managed to plat GTA4 800*600 very very low with no tragic lags. I have emotions for this card, even if its so bad! It has a special place in my heart. Then i bought an used 670 for 30 euros DAMN :D :D What a beast.
Funny interesting video zWORMz! maybe the hd 6450 will redeem itself? I had both of these cards and currently use the HD 6450 for study/office duty. maybe do a TH-cam high res test on the weak cards? Thanks again for the video man!
This was my 2nd Gpu after nvidia geforce 6200. There is another 2gb version of this which i had and think is faster than this. I ended Crysis 3, Gta v and Fallout 4 on this. Graphic settings didn't mattered and 20fps was playable for me
I might be buying this Radeon 5450 low profile. Obviously, I’m not gonna use it for gaming but backup and diagnose mobo, and especially I want to boot up headless after configured mobo settings. I don’t think people buy this card for gaming unless they are on extremely low budget.
ive been complaining about my GTX 1060 6gb for the longest time as some thermal issues made it faulty, i have never been so grateful to have a faulty GDDR5 card than i am now.
i can see a gpu like this or the GT710 being useful for simply video out on systems that do not have integrated graphics. Like if youre running a server and the motherboard has no onboard video, you need *something* to use to install the OS/ do configuration Now, if someone is buying this for gaming in 2020, they are crazy lol

Got one of these still in one music production/DAW machine. Good enough for display in Windows 10 with own RAM so it leaves system RAM alone for the app(s). Unlike my laptop using the Intel GPU which takes 1GB of the system RAM for Video. And more importantly is silent meaning less audible when making music. & Has dual display connectivity & it is low profile meaning it fits in a very small case. Everything needed. Nothing much new about now still in low profile, so kept it in for the upgrade. It's not a gaming card, it never was. Though any older games you can manage to get to run in Win7,8,10 it should be fine. Stuff released around Vista/XP era.

@Jubilation Lee it gives triple the fps at high/ultra 1080 p and with 750 ti you have to set everything to medium and 900p and then you can get 3/4 th performance of rx 580 which is set to max settings. and current games wont run well with 750ti( like cyberpunk gave like 20 fps ) but so far i have tested rx 580 and it gives 60 or more fps at games with high/ultra settings . and new dx12 games wont even run on 750 ti and 4 gb vram is very limited now.( i was playing godfall and it was eating up 7 gb vram even at medium settings 1080p and this game did not even start with 750ti) I Am gonna be very honest with you 750ti was a very stupid buy at 2020.i bought 750ti at 2016 and if you play single player games pre 2020 and indie games then it will be ok experience. and for online games like genshin impact, destiny 2 , csgo, paladins, warframe ,valorant ,apex ,legends, pubg 750 ti gives a very good experience even in 2020 but for current and future AAA single player games it is garbage now, it will run recent dx 11 games but the performace will be unsatisfactory and it does not even support dx12.0 so future games wont run on this. rx 580 is giving me both visual satisfaction and smooth buttery experience but it requires atleast 550 watt psu. i will say the upgrade was more than worth and experience so far is amazing. but dont worry you have million more games you can play now that you could before. you can start ac syndicate, unity , far cry4 ,far cry new dawn ,far cry 5,resident evil 2 and 7, cod infinte and advanced warfare, star wars battle front 2 , dark souls 3, titanfall2, rise of tomb raider ,battlefield 1, shadows die twice and many more. all this game will run good with 1080p medium settings(atleast 35-40fps). and how much did you pay for 750ti?
@Jubilation Lee yeah you got that very cheap, i payed 3 times the money when i bought it.currently finished horizon zero dawn ,red dead redemption 2,mass effect 3,Guijan 3 in last 2 months . and from 2020 you should check out ghost runner and resident evil 3 remake amazing games and runs super smooth on 750 ti.Happy new year and happy gaming

@Jubilation Lee it gives triple the fps at high/ultra 1080 p and with 750 ti you have to set everything to medium and 900p and then you can get 3/4 th performance of rx 580 which is set to max settings. and current games wont run well with 750ti( like cyberpunk gave like 20 fps ) but so far i have tested rx 580 and it gives 60 or more fps at games with high/ultra settings . and new dx12 games wont even run on 750 ti and 4 gb vram is very limited now.( i was playing godfall and it was eating up 7 gb vram even at medium settings 1080p and this game did not even start with 750ti)
I Am gonna be very honest with you 750ti was a very stupid buy at 2020.i bought 750ti at 2016 and if you play single player games pre 2020 and indie games then it will be ok experience. and for online games like genshin impact, destiny 2 , csgo, paladins, warframe ,valorant ,apex ,legends, pubg 750 ti gives a very good experience even in 2020 but for current and future AAA single player games it is garbage now, it will run recent dx 11 games but the performace will be unsatisfactory and it does not even support dx12.0 so future games wont run on this.
rx 580 is giving me both visual satisfaction and smooth buttery experience but it requires atleast 550 watt psu.
i will say the upgrade was more than worth and experience so far is amazing.
but dont worry you have million more games you can play now that you could before. you can start ac syndicate, unity , far cry4 ,far cry new dawn ,far cry 5,resident evil 2 and 7, cod infinte and advanced warfare, star wars battle front 2 , dark souls 3, titanfall2, rise of tomb raider ,battlefield 1, shadows die twice and many more. all this game will run good with 1080p medium settings(atleast 35-40fps).
and how much did you pay for 750ti?
@Jubilation Lee yeah you got that very cheap, i payed 3 times the money when i bought it.currently finished horizon zero dawn ,red dead redemption 2,mass effect 3,Guijan 3 in last 2 months . and from 2020 you should check out ghost runner and resident evil 3 remake amazing games and runs super smooth on 750 ti.Happy new year and happy gaming
Hahaha incredible, I have one in my pc! I use it for play minecraft (1.16.4 optifine) and works at 100 fps or more with an i3 9100! I am probably upgrading to a gtx 960!
